Please do not book this property. The property has been misrepresented. Given that we are in the middle of a pandemic, the cleanliness of this property is very bad. When we arrived, sheets were soiled, no handwash in bathroom, blinds are soiled. We had to abandon our holiday (which cost us two times more just to find somewhere else to stay that was self catering and Covid safe) upon arrival and made the decision to leave the property due to the poor state of cleanliness. Owner promised us a full refund and we are still waiting to hear from him. Quite appalling that there has been no communication given what we went through. I have complained to Holiday lettings. I am sharing this review so others don't have the horrible experience that we had.

Me and my partner came here for a quick last minute getaway, we had a lovely stay, couldn’t fault anything about it. Would recommend it to anyone especially those who enjoy the countryside

Lovely place for some peace and quiet with the log burner on full tilt. Really relaxing. Advice driving there in the daytime, as night time proved more of a challenge!

The Lodge lies in a very nice setting surrounded with grassland and has a good view of the area. The Lodge itself is very well maintained and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The place is just perfect to stay close to Oxford with all the amenities of Oxford, but still be in the middle of the country side. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Arrived to beautiful scenery and a gorgeous stable conversion! Everything you needed was there, the dogs loved the walks in the meadow. We loved our stay. Thank you.

The cottage has wonderful views from the sitting-room and terrace. A lovely spacious cottage that you can just relax in. Good walks from the door and easy access into Oxford using the P&R which is about 10 mins drive away. It could do with a visitor book so we could see what others have enjoyed such as good eateries and places to visit.. We would happily stay again.

We (my wife, our 11 year old daughter and me) stayed in the Stable Lodge for two weeks. The cottage provided us with everything we needed. The view from the cottage is great. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. It was a very nice base to explore Oxfordshire. The Thornhill park and ride was very convenient. Just a 10 minutes drive, park the car and the bus will take you to the center of Oxford or even London. We enjoyed every moment of our vacation!

We stayed there for 3 nights and were happy with everything we found. Instructions on check-in were given as soon as all payment was made. And all my enquires were answered quickly. It was a little surprising that the key would be left in the door for us, but that's not a problem. It's a very quiet place with nice views out of the window. The kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. My little boy liked climbing on each and every settee. Racing on daddy's shoulder with the horse was one of his favourite games. From there, we went to Thame, Bicester and had a good time. We didn't like the road leading to the farm. The roads though Littleworth were hard work too, very narrow, bendy and hilly with parked cars on the sides. I would recommend this holiday rental as a base for exploring the countryside and cities nearby, a from home to home experience.

We used this accommodation because it was handy and available for what we wanted. The unit itself looks good inside and out, but it is situated on a farm in a car park with many vehicles coming and going all day and night, so we could not sit on the outside decking without being stared at by everyone, certainly no privacy. When we first arrived, there was litter strewn all around the outside including large quantities of dog mess!!. We were there for eight days and never got a change of towels and only the end of a toilet roll. The supply of hot water was very poor and on occasions, non existent. We won't be back
