A large skylight sits at the top of the third floor of the property allowing lots of natural light in. The spacious third bedroom can be found on this floor with double bed, hanging space, drawer units and wall mounted flat screen . There is also an elegant bathroom featuring a large freestanding shower and a luxurious roll top bath. The final feature on the top floor is a small utility room complete with a separate washer and dryer.

Incredible central location
Great location if you want to be central (although youngsters outside McDonalds, especially on their mopeds, were pretty noisy in the evening). Nice clean house with very comfortable beds. Main drawbacks were the fact that we had to tighten screws on the very loose stair rail which we felt was dangerous, the shower curtain was only hanging on by a couple of hooks & the sofa was very worn. Although it sleeps 7 there were only 5 of us & we felt there was not enough crockery & glasses for us plus the lounge only seated 5. A shame as a nice property & most of these things could be sorted with a little care & attention.

Excellent Location & Spacious Apartment
Excellent location in the centre of the city, close to all the main attractions, easy to find, the parking place is a 10 minute walk away, but you can unload outside the property, at times a bit noisy, but nothing more than you would expect in a city on a Friday & Saturday evening, apartment large and spacious on 3 floors, large comfortable beds, good quality linen and towels, the standard of cleaning could have been higher in certain areas, a very enjoyable weekend visiting York and attending a family wedding.
