On entering the cottage there is a cosy lounge, 2 leather sofas, TV with freeview channels, stereo CD Player and gas fire . Wooden floor.
Fully fitted kitchen , fridge freezer, washing machine, full sized cooker and hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. All crockery and utensils you would expect. Table and six chairs.
Door to outside yard (shared). Table, chairs and parasol for use in Summer.
Stairs lead to first floor.

ON ARRIVAL
You can pull up right outside the front door and unload your luggage . NO PARKING at the cottage. There is a council run car park opposite (payable daily rate ). However, if you travel on past middle earth pub , turn up green lane and into the Ropery , off street parking is free , if there are spaces available.
There will be a welcome on arrival, tea, coffee, milk and some biscuits.
All bed linen provided
PLEASE NOTE ONLY ONE LARGE TOWEL PROVIDED PER PERSON . PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN EXTRA TOWELS
Over the bridge you will find a Coop store for any further groceries

Family weekend.
Fabulous weekend in this perfectly located and appointed cottage.
Set over 3 floors, 2 doubles and one twin, very large family bathroom.
Kitchen has everything you could need, including a large table and benches.
Parking available in the car park opposite, however it is very busy in peak season. Jayne the host recommended parking on the street behind which is free.
Highly recommend this cottage, the location is ideal and right in the heart of Whitby, with so many pubs, cafes and restaurants to choose from.

Fabulous location in Whitby!
Our family of four has just spent a fun packed week in this fabulously located house in the heart of Whitby. You could not ask for a better location. Jayne has equipped the house perfectly. It is beautifully clean with quality bedding and comfortable mattresses. Highly recommend this house for your stay in Whitby and it's surrounding area.

Amazing cottage
I stayed here at sunnyside last week with my daughter and grandaughters, there is everything you could possibly need, even a hot water bottle!!! Can not recommend enough.
