This old terraced Victorian cottage rests on the outskirts of Horton in Ribblesdale, North Yorkshire and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.West View Cottage is a lovely Victorian cottage nestled in the town of Settle within the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park, North Yorkshire. Hosting four bedrooms, with the first-floor offering one king-size and one children's bunk, whilst the second-floor has one king-size and one twin, able to sleep a total of eight guests. It offers a ground-floor cloakroom, first-floor bathroom and second-floor shower room to support. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen/diner, as well as a sitting room. Spacious, cozy house. Perfect location for exploring the Dales
This cottage comfortably accommodated 6 adults. It was warm, clean and very well equipped for a staycation where we were doing our own cooking. The centre of Settle was a 5 minute walk away which was ideal. Places such as Malham Cove and the 3 Peaks were all easily accessible (by car). We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it. The owner replied to questions quickly and was extremely helpful.

Wonderful Christmas Stay
My family and I stayed at West View cottage for Christmas. We had a wonderful time. The beautiful Christmas tree was a lovely surprise and a thoughtful and kind gesture. The house is beautiful and stylishly decorated. We were 5 adults and 2 children and the house was spacious with enough room for everyone. Settle is a wonderful place with everything you need in close walking distance. I would highly recommend West View Cottage. Great house in a great location.

Perfect home for Dales holiday
What a fabulous property! We stayed here with family (four adults and two children) for three nights for a short break away combined with some walking in the Dales. The house itself is decorated to an extremely high standard and it has everything you could possible need in a property. Immaculately presented, it's clear a lot of care and attention has recently gone into it. There's plenty of space for a group of six (eight would also be fine) and good number of toilets and bathrooms. The freestanding bath was amazing and perfect after a long day walking. The house was really warm and had a cosy feel to it. Location was fabulous and only a few minutes walk to the centre of the Settle village and about 5-7mins to the train station (so perfect if you are planning on walking the Yorkshire Peaks). The village itself has a good range of shops, pubs/cafes, takeaways and independent stores and is good for a browse. All in all it's 10 out of 10. I'd definitely return to this property if coming to the Dales again.

Fab Pad!
Stayed here over the weekend with 5 friends. It’s a fantastic .spacious house which has been furnished to a very high standard and made for a very comfortable home from home. It is located on a quiet street with a short walk into the village of Settle and also to Falcon Manor where we attended a wedding.so it was handy for the stagger home as taxis in Settle appear to be a rarity! I would not hesitate to recommend this place and would definitely return!
