We have a Waitrose within 10 minute walk or 5 minutes to a Marks & Spencers, for those ready meals that always come out perfect. Outside the master bedroom there is a small patio for taking your morning coffee, or smoking.
We provide some items for your arrival but you will probably have to get more, especially for stays of more than a few days. Items include shower gel, hand wash, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid, tea, coffee, oil & vinegar.

Perfect location! Super flat. Wonderful place to stay.
Fantastic flat in a great location just 5 minutes walk from Paddington station. Easy transport anywhere in the city. Lots of restaurants nearby. Residential area so much quieter than some-other areas we have stayed. Comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen and plenty of room for our family of 5. The owners, Nacho and Joel, were very flexible, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

We would give 10 STARS if possible
We would absolutely recommend staying here and will stay here again on our next visit. Joel was very accommodating, from very first contact until we left. He provided us with a lot of information about the local area, including things we did not even think of. This place is as neat and clean as photographed. We had an extremely comfortable stay. The beds and linens great. Kitchen well stocked. It really was a home away from home. It was conveniently located and easy to get around.

Just what we wanted
A place for two couples to stay while sightseeing in London with room to relax in the evenings and mornings. This apartment is within walking distance to Paddington Station, close to restaurants and pubs, and has a grocery store nearby.

Wonderful
We loved this flat. It looks exactly like the pictures you see here. The street it's on is beautiful and mainly very quiet. The flat is on street level so if someone is talking as they walk by you will hear them - but this was a rare occurrence. There were four of us and there was plenty of room. The kitchen has everything you need. There was only a Lavazza machine or a French Press (which none of knew how to operate) so Joel provided a regular drip coffee machine for us. He was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. The flat is near two tube stations. We highly recommend using Paddington instead of Edgeware Road. There are nearby restaurants and an M&S Food mart. Great location. You will not be disappointed if you rent this place.

Clean, quiet location. Perfect for our family of 5
I really liked the location. It was an quick 5min walk to Paddington Station to go to Windsor Castle. The Edgware tube station is only 5min away too. We usually walked south to our destination to the Kensington area. At night, it was quiet which is nice. It's in a cul-de-sac so there's virtually no traffic or noise. It's close (4min) to the Union Restaurant and Smith's restaurant...both delicious and there's also a Starbucks there for a quick coffee. I loved using the washer/dryer...great for traveler's who pack light and need to wash. The place was very clean and spacious. Joel was a great owner/landlord and explained everything. We had a great time in London.

We had a wonderful time in little Venice last week! The flat is in a great location, easy walk to the tube and trains at Paddington station. Great food near by too! Joel welcomed us and explained all the amenities. It was awesome for everyone to have their own space! Would highly recommended!

The place in little Venice was excellent! It was close to Paddington underground to reach the galleries and museums. The flat had all the amenities and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was great to be able to watch recently released films on the TV as there are many places that do not have this. The kitchen was fully equipped and has a coffee machine with free ‘pods’. The area is quiet and we would have no hesitation to visit again. All in all a wonderful place.

Home away from home in a great location
We are a family of 4 with 2 teens who wanted to see everything we could see in London in 5 days. We arrived via train from Oxford to Paddington Stn, which is a short walk from the flat. It was even better in person than in the photos. Every aspect of the booking was handled quickly and efficiently and Joel was very responsive to questions.
Paddington Station provides access to several important tube lines, so it really is a perfect neighbourhood to base your visit. We were able to travel quickly to anywhere we wanted.
The flat itself was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The oven and microwave were not easy to figure out, but the manuals are there so we were able to figure them out.
We absolutely loved this place and would recommend to anyone, especially those travelling with teens who need their own space / bathroom.

The flat is located near Paddington Station, close to the Regent's & Grand Union canals in Little Venice and nearby Maida Vale. The area is very leafy and quiet but is within easy reach of the West End as well as the attractions of Portobello Road and Notting Hill. Walk along canal or take a canal boat through Regents Park to Camden town.From the flat to Oxford Circus in 15 minutes. Within 5 minutes, there are buses to Holbourn, Trafalgar Square, Victoria, Hyde Park & Knightsbridge.Rent a bike from just about anywhere in town. You can find one near Paddington Green which is just around the corner.
Getting around
We are conveniently located near a lot of transport. Within 8 minutes walk there are the following underground lines: Circle, District, Hammersmith & City and the Bakerloo. Paddington Station is also within this walk, with trains to Bath, Bristol, Oxford and Windsor. The Heathrow Express also runs to Paddington.
Bus lines include: 16 (to Victoria), 98 to Oxford Circus, 414 to Knightsbridge, 6 to Trafalgar Square, 7 to Acton, 23, 36 and others (that go places I do not know)

Easy access from Heathrow airport as the Heathrow Express or Connect arrive at Paddington Station. We are a 7 minute walk from there. Other airports accessible with underground, train or bus connections. Underground stations are 5 minutes walk away.
