The location of this space is perfect. The bus stop is in front, the tube station 2 blocks. One block everything you need-post office, wine shop, bakery, coffee shop, pharmacy, fruit market, grocery store, and pubs with great food. Prices include all utilities. (A £25.00 charge will be applied in the event of loss of house keys).

Minimum stay is five nights in Low Season and seven nights in High Season. High Season is Easter, July and August.

On all bookings a deposit of 25% is required upon confirmation with the remaining balance due 28 days prior to arrival. Should the arrival date be less than 28 days from the booking date, full payment is required. Upon arrival most properties will require a credit card imprint for a security deposit, this is to cover the cost of any damages/dilapidations that may occur.

If cancellation occurs before the full payment has been collected, the amount is refunded less a £75.00 administration charge. Should cancellation occur within 28 days of arrival, refund is normally subject to re-letting of the property for the said period.

Holidaymakers are liable for any banking transfer charges relating to payment from overseas. Please note; This may affect the cost of your booking....
