Keys are to be collected from the management office, which is located at 19 Bedford Place, London, WC1B 5JA. The office is attended 24 hours a day for key collection. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. All apartments are strictly non-smoking and a fee will be incurred equivalent to 1 night's accommodation if guests smoke in the building. Kitchens are fully-equipped with crockery and cutlery and the cleaning service is weekly for stays over 7 days.
