It is a room in a two bedroom flat. Very comfortable two bed flat with fully fitted kitchen. You are looking at the advert for master bedroom with ensuite bath. You will share the flat hence the price.
It has a superb view from my 4th floor vantage. It faces west and the afternoon sun. Very warm.
Bright two bedroom apartment. Tranquil. You can hear and see sea gulls also.
Large TV in living room. Small TV in one bedroom.
Double silent night beds in both rooms.
Living room has a proper American Collingwood double sofa bed with mattress.
About 5 minutes to London City Airport on the DLR. Only one stop away. Yet not on the flight path.
Very close to Excel, Customs House, Canary Wharf, Bank and Theatre district.

Beautifully kept and landscape with a rectangular garden, Zip car hire and several restaurants and pub on site. Dial Arch and Tap room are pubs and the Guard House is a restaurant. Cornerstone cafe is open for breakfast.
