Beautiful gem of a ground floor flat, travelling with a partially sighted, elderly friend. Super comfortable beds, very quiet and peaceful area.
Arrived at night and didn’t take any supplies- no need! Milk in the fridge, tea , coffee and sugar there, too. Salt and pepper, not to mention the welcome of croissants for the morning, matchmakers and chocolate biscuits. Thought of everything for their guests. Such a lovely and thoughtful touch from the host.
1 minute walk to orell park train station, takes 15 minutes into central station. £4:15 return.

Lovely apartment
We have stayed a number of times in this great apartment. It is always spotlessly clean and has the great benefit of off road parking. The extra touches provided by way of bread, milk etc are always very welcome.

Reasonable value
Location is convenient for Orrell Park station/Walton Vale but that's the best part. There's room for 4 to stay but only space for 3 to eat (just) in the kitchen. Bathroom in particular would benefit from refurbishment, particularly in and around the shower which was mouldy. Stepping out of the shower onto a high and slippery step was dangerous.

Great second stay
Stayed here for just under three weeks Highly recommend it to anyone. Was second stay it really is comfortable and clean. Lovely touch by Sarah to leave bread,milk,cereal and chocolates to get you started. Well located for supermarkets and bars etc. close to Liverpool city centre and motorway links. Train just on corner but you wouldn’t know you don’t here it. Would stay again without hesitation.

Fantastic apartment
We had a fantastic stay here. The location is brilliant, just 15 minutes from the city centre and right beside the station. Also convenient to supermarkets, takeaways and pubs.
The apartment is fantastic, spotless and we'll furnished with everything we needed and some nice touches.
Check in and out was really easy and the owner was quick to communicate about the booking.
It would be hard to find anywhere better to stay.

Liverpool trip
This Apartment is a home from home. It is an ideal location and the train into the city centre is quick and very cheap. There were breakfast cereals butter jam bread and milk and also tea and coffee supplied and also toiletries as an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to our family and friends and we will book again in the future. Liverpool is a FAB city. Our visit to Crosby beach to see the statues in the sea was amazing.

Perfect
Me and my friend stayed here for one night on New year's eve. Perfect little home to home. We absolutely loved staying here. The little touches make it really special! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Liverpool again.

Great apartment highly recommend
Have to say what a great little apartment if your looking for a little home from home this is it. Great location to train station (you don’t hear trains at all) also to large supermarkets all few minutes away. Pubs and places to eat very local. But is also very quiet area. Great little touches by owner bread,milk,butter,cereals and chocolate left for you. Thank you. Own secure car park bay. Would definitely stay again couldn’t fault it one bit. Far better to stay here where you can feel at home than be in a room at a hotel and paying a lot more for it. This place is a few minutes on train to Liverpool city centre for a couple of pounds far cheaper than parking in city. Also you can access to Southport or motorways within about 20/30 mins.
Loads of towels left out for you. Can’t forget the central heating ,lovely warm place to come home to after cold days out.
Not forgetting it’s also easy access to Liverpool and Everton football clubs
Great place give it 10 out of 10
Would definitely stay here again if in Liverpool

Beautiful apartment
This was the perfect accommodation for a quick stopover in Liverpool. The beds were comfy and the treats left for us were a nice touch. Highly recommended!
