Recently awarded a Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence, Grasmere lodge is a deluxe 2 bed lodge situated within the exclusive White Cross Bay holiday park on the shores of Lake Windermere in the heart of the Lake District National Park. The lodge has one double with an on suite bathroom and a twin bedroom and a further family bathroom. The lodge also benefits from a sofa bed in the living room for extra space. The lodge can fit a maximum of 4 people and one baby under 2 (in a cot) and included in your stay is all linen (for the main bedrooms) and towels. The lodge is furnished to a high standard and includes a fully fitted kitchen, dining room that can seat four persons and for your comfort the lodge is equipped with the following:

The accommodation was excellent and the location was very convenient, being close to Windermere, Ambleside and the Brockholes activity centre. The site itself was disappointing. Access to the pool was by prebooked appointment only with very limited availability. The site shop offers only a small...More

Grasmere lodge really is a home from home. Convenient location, and comfortably furnished we always feel at home and everything that you need is at hand. The lodge is well stocked and White Cross Bay is such a peaceful retreat. We will be returning again.

Accommodation was clean and well equipped for four people. Location was also very good for hikes to Wansfell and Ambelside.

Set within the Whitecross Bay holiday park in the most idyllic and scenic location in the heart of the Lake District National Park, and it 2 miles from both Windermere and Ambleside. It location is within easy reach of all major visitor attractions this delightful part of the country has to offer and all only a 30 minute drive from junction 36 of the M6.
