Great flat, big comfy sofa, comfy beds and fully equipped with everything needed. Location is conveniently right in the town of Windermere, next to the train station and near shops. There is also a nice walk to the top of a hill which looks over the lake and hills, starting right opposite the flat. There were also some books, dvds,...

The location was great for us and the apartment is very modern, warm, spacious and clean. Our baby loved crawling round and exploring. The owner is very quick to respond and very efficient. The only negative is it would have been good to have wifi.

A lovely apartment, very modern and high spec we thought. Nice for families as plenty of space in the lounge. We'd stay here again. A parking space is a great addition to this place is parking is hard to come by in Windermere.

A booking/key deposit of £75 is required to secure a booking which is fully refundable on return of keys.
Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Preffered change over day is Saturday but this is flexible.
The apartment is available from 3pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10am on your departure date.
Short Breaks are available at certain times. Please enquire for availability.
Preferred payment is by Bank Transfer or Cheque

There are too many attractions nearby to be listed here. Windermere, England's largest lake, is just 10 minutes' walk away. Ullswater, Brotherswater, Rydal Water, Grasmere and Thirlmere are within half an hour's drive.

There is also sailing, fishing and horse riding available close to the apartment.

There is an excellent local supermarket, Booths plus Co-op and a Tesco Metro. A short drive away is Grizedale forrest (Go Ape)

The well known Lake District visitor centre at Brockhole is just a 5 minute car drive away, as is Fell Foot park with lake cruises across to Lakeside available. At Lakeside you can visit the Aquarium and steam Railway.
