Just had a great stay at this apartment.
The apartment is in a great position overlooking the River Kent an close to the town centre. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The welcoming pack of tea, coffee and biscuits Wes greatly appreciated. The car parking space was a good thing.
Carole the owner was there to meet us and show us around the apartment was very pleasant.
We would gladly stay at here again if we were ever in Kendal and would recommend it too our friends.

Great Holiday
We had a great stay at Riverside Apartment.
Carol was there to meet us and gave us all the information we needed she made us feel welcome.
It was a pleasure to stay at apartment it’s a great base for exploring Kendal and the Lake District.
Would definitely recommend a stay there

Lovely stay in Kendal
The apartment was in a great location in Kendal, with a table in the bay window overlooking the river, allowing lazy breakfasts watching the world go by along with swans & local wildlife. Only a few minutes away, the main town had plenty of places to eat and drink with a particular highlight being our visit to Comida which served fantastic tapas. You also aren't far from a walk up to Kendal Castle with lovely views over the local area!
Arranging arrival with Carol was no hassle at all and she was there at the agreed time to give us a detailed tour of the apartment, explaining where to find things and how everything worked. The kitchen was well equipped with what you'd expect and the Wi-Fi was fast enough for us to stream our favourite shows on the Firestick we brought with us so we could chill out "at home" on some of the evenings.

Lovely apartment
A lovely apartment overlooking the river, I was meet by the owner Carol who showed me around. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, and had it own parking space.
A short walk into the town and there are lovey walks along the riverside.

Great apartment
Arrived at the apartment to be met by Carol and we were shown around and how things worked had a great view of the river which looked directly on to the river the heating system is set for most of the morning and from 3pm in the afternoon till 11pm but we didn't need it on all the time as it was to warm for us and is a great location for the Lakes region.Only a 2 minute walk into Kendal and have good pubs thanks Carol for everything and would certainly use the place again if we were to visit the lakes again

Lovely
Just returned from 10 days at this lovely riverside apartment, Carol the owner was lovely she insisted on treating us to lunch on our arrival day as the apartment was not quite ready when we were due to check in and left cake and chocolate , she greeted us at the apartment and explained where everything is and how it works and how to secure our parking space which was brilliant.
The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing break in Kendal lovely view over the river very cosy and warm we enjoyed some nights just staying in.
2 min walk and your in the town centre plenty of nice places to eat and drink ( just make sure you book ), ideal place to explore the Lake District, we will definitely return.

Wonderful views of the river.
The apartment is really well positioned for Kendal town and access to the rest of these lake district. It is a well appointed apartment with all the basic needs for a short break. The shower room is great, small but very well configured. The bedroom is cosy with enough room for two tall adults. The kitchen is functional and has all the basic facilities that you need. The toilet is small and very well positioned under the stairs. The living room was a great place to sit and watch tree river; the best feature of the property. Overall a great place with everything you need.

Beautiful, well appointed apartment, stunning views and just minutes from the heart of Kendal
Beautiful, well appointed apartment, very comfortable with everything you need, and a truly mesmerizing view over the river Kent. The on site parking was a bonus, we never used the car once we'd parked up, as you are literally just minutes from the heart of Kendal and Carol is such a lovely welcoming host. We're really looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect
Modern, clean well appointed apartment. Excellent location, short walk to pubs, local attractions, bus and train stations. Picturesque views over the river. Perfect location to do walks from.
Carol the owner was welcoming and helpful, we plan to make a return trip .

Warm and well appointed with lovely river views.
We enjoyed our short weekend stay very much as the apartment is well appointed, decorated and equipped (although the breadboard was miniscule).
The owner, Carol was most welcoming and explained everything about the apartment to us. Lovely biscuits and chocs on our arrival!!
The apartment is well situated for the town centre and its amenities.
The lounge/dining room has wonderful views across the river and for us the sun steamed through the window each morning which was extremely pleasant.
