Directions to Great Broughton from the M6 at Penrith:

From the Penrith junction, take the A66 westbound for Keswick and the Northern / Western Lakes.

Follow the signs for Keswick and thereafter for Cockermouth.

There are two roundabouts on the A66 for Cockermouth, at the second (Low Road roundabout), continue on the A66 signposted for Workington.

After the second roundabout, after approximately a mile, there will be a sign for a right turn to Great Broughton, take this turn.

You will pass over a bridge and after a few yards bear left (following the road) up the hill.

At the brow of the hill, bear left along Great Broughton Main Street.
