This apartment was perfect for a relaxing break in Ambleside and was right in the centre of the town. We could easily walk a few minutes to find lovely restaurants for evening meals (I would recommend Lucy's on a plate - especially if it's a special occasion and if so, make sure you book and mention that you're celebrating!) We have stayed here twice now and it suits us perfectly as it is right in the middle of Ambleside and close to its bars and restaurants but also many walks can be started from here, such as the Fairfield Horseshoe.
