We visited as a large group of friends for 3 nights. Very easy to find, spacious grounds, ample parking for 4-5 cars. Everything was fantastic! The house is so huge you get lost! Amazing showers, constant hot water, hot tub was fabulous with breathtaking views across Motcombe Bay. Love how there are lots of double rooms so everyone got a double bed. The master suite was huge with so much space & the views from the jacuzzi bath were spectacular, bed very comfortable. Fully equipped with everything you need to cater for large groups. Loved the pool table & table tennis. Great Pantry area, lots of crockery, dishes, glasses & cocktail glasses & shaker. A short walk to the beach, local area & pubs. Great size kitchen & seating area. Couldn't fault it in any way. Will definitely be back & stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay yet again. Been several times with friends but this is the first time I had booked it myself for a different group of friends. We had a wonderful time and want to make it a yearly tradition!!! Going again in December with family. Can't wait!!

A huge house in a lovely location, you’d never tire of that view over Morecambe bay. Our party of 16 (plus dog) ranged from 5 months to 87 years and the house and garden were perfect for all, plenty of space to run around or relax quietly depending or your choice. The kitchen is well equipped and organised. This is our second time at Bay View and don’t expect it will be our last.

Bay View is an ideal house for a few families to come together and celebrate events. There are so many activities that you can enjoy within the grounds: badminton, table tennis, pool, lawns to play frisbee, large swing, hammock, tree house, hot tub, bird-watching telescope, games & books. Brilliant views & walks from the doorstep! Super place to bring the dog. The house is well-equipped with a fabulous kitchen. There is lots of space to loose yourself and relax. Silverdale is a beautiful village that is well worth exploring. The walk across the fields via the cove is great with views out to sea & towards the Lake District. We hope to visit again.

We absolutely loved the place. The house was so spacious and big that it took us 30 minutes to find all of the rooms in the house. The hot tub was so relaxing for the adults and kids. The pool table was very popular amongst us. Table tennis and Badminton also came with the equipment which was useful. There was so much space for the kids to play around in. The area was very lovely and the neighbours were so helpful and kind. If you're looking for the perfect holiday home for your family, look no further. The owner was very cooperative and was able to answer any questions we had very quickly. 10/10 from us

We all had an absolute amazing weekend. House is huge, lots of amenities and very spacious. Can not fault this house at all, we will be booking again.

I stay with a group of family and friends to celebrate my 60th. The house is like a labyrinth so many rooms. The rooms were spacious & beds comfortable. So much space even though there were 11of us we weren’t on top of each other. The view especially from the master suite bath & hot tub were amazing. We were able to walk to Silverdale. With beautiful views, lovely gardens Bay view is an amazing place. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Jules was prompt answering any questions I had. We have all said we would come back again & those of us with grandchild would book as a family. The children would not be disappointed especially with the swing in the garden, table tennis & badminton.

Stayed with work friends and the space and facilities were brilliant. A beautiful view from each front window. Lovely area and walks and a lovely local pub. We spent each night (even in February) in the hot tub. Good to have all media such as sky sports/cinema/Netflix if needed too. We had one incident with the alarm on the oven not turning off but the owner quickly responded to my message with a phone call and it was all sorted. I will be back with family as it will be great for kids with the space in the gardens and the fames room. Thank you ☺️

Amazing house, big and spacious located in a scenic area with great walks nearby! House is filled with great facilities, will be staying again that’s for sure (also dog friendly)
