Walk the footpaths that take you to Dore Abbey, Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons, Wye Valley. The border castles in the area, Skenfrith, Grosmont, White Castle. Canoe or kayak down the River Wye.
Getting around
Drive around our beautiful countryside, follow the cider route. Visit the Big Pit National Coal Museum at Blaenafon. Enjoy the Abergavenny Food Festival, Hay on Wye (town of books and iterary festival).
