We do not allow under 25s to rent the property & do not encourage groups of either all girls or all guys. The neighbourhood is very respectable & we ask guests to show the local residents the same respect they will also be shown. Kids are welcome at the property but parents must respect any reasonable charges for felt tip or crayon damage to walls, fixtures & fittings. The apartment is strictly non smoking.

Nice location in old part of town with easy access to shops, restaurants and the harbour front. Although attached to the Titanic pub it was quiet inside the apartment. There are apartments above the bedrooms but we were not disturbed by any noise, although they...More

Used this place last year for friends to visit the boat show & booked again for the same. Great location & the host was very accommodating & even arranged transport on our behalf. The breakfast is excellent & well received by our group. Nice place...More

Southampton is steeped in history & your apartment is part of it. You are walking distance of everything you might want to see in the City which is very safe to walk around both day & night. No less than 5 great pubs within 500 yards of your apartment. The old walls dominate the landscape but the medieval museum is well worth a visit.
Getting around
Ocean Village is a 15 minutes’ walk, Cruise Terminal close by, huge selection of fine restaurants & West Quay shopping. Why not visit St Marys Stadium (tickets can be organised with advanced notice - subject to availability).Private hire is available on request or alternatively local buses, cabs & local ferry/hydrofoil for the IOW. You are walking distance of most attractions. Southampton Boat Show 12th - 22nd September is a short walk from the apartment
