Cornerstone Cottage is a cosy, yet spacious, family-owned contemporary cottage on the private Lower Mill Estate nature reserve in the Cotswolds Water Park.

Tranquil location in secluded water garden away from the busiest parts of Lower Mill Estate, and yet only a short walk from the exclusive spa (included for all our rental guests) & other facilities. Miles of beautiful walks from the front door and a big selection of local sporting, sightseeing and relaxing activities. A favourite is the 15 minute walk to our local pub, The Bakers Arms.

We have owned Cornerstone Cottage since 2003, specifying the house to be our own rural ‘home away from home’. Now we are delighted to invite you to share the experience and make your own memories.

Many guests have come back again & again, often booking long in advance.

Stayed in this 4 bed cottage in the private gated Lower Mill Estate with children and adults. Very pleasant living & dining room and decked area with lovely planting and ponds and well equipped kitchen. It would fit 4 adults and the 2 smaller bedrooms with bunks would better suit children or small adults. Also nice touches by the owners...

For weekly rentals, we have a preferred changeover day of Friday.

GENERALLY:
3 nights Friday to Monday = 75% of weekly cost.

3 nights Monday to Thursday = £50 off total price

4 nights = 80% of weekly cost (minimum of 4 nights)

Damage deposit of £250 on booking.

We are NOT ABLE TO TAKE HEN PARTY OR STAG PARTY GROUPS. This is a regulation of the Lower Mill Estate. We require a deposit of £400 for single sex groups and adult only occupancy.
