Our rate includes all extra's such as cleaning, linen, etc. and a meet and greet service from our Management Company to suit your times. The house has one bedroom with a triple bunk, two bedrooms that have a zip and link single bed (that can be joined into doubles beds) and a triple bunk in each, and one bedroom with three single beds. The additional sleeping arrangement is provided by one 4ft 6in English tailor made sofa bed / 6 inch mattress and two chair beds.
Using the secure booking process will incurred an additional booking fee that is payable directly to Holiday Lettings that is included in the quote.
Local shops, flea markets, cafes, bars and restaurants are a 100 metres away. The Lanes are 5 minutes minutes walk through the Kemp Town main street passing many more original and quirky shops, flea markets, bars and cafes. The pier is approx 650m stroll along the sea front.
Please note we regret that we can not accept groups under the age of 21 years old.

Midweek bookings start on Mondays, please enquire if you need to bring that forward

Was a lovely house for my sister hen do, was clean and tidy and linen and towels where fresh. Was a lovely themed house with plenty of equipment in the kitchen. The only down side was there was some rubbish left out side the back door from other guest that had stayed and had not been removed and I was not willing to take someone else’s rubbish to the bins.
All in all great place to stay for hen do’s

Best place we’ve stayed in Brighton
As the header states, this is best place we’ve ever stayed in when visiting Brighton.
The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and the decor within was spot on.
The living room area wasn’t used much mainly because the lower ground dining room and kitchen was amazing. We spent most our time there, eating and drinking and the general consensus that we’d love to stay here again.
Thanks so much for a wonderful stay - We’d highly recommend this to anyone wishing to stay here with friends or family.

Fantastic girls' retreat right in the heart of things!
I recently stayed at Parisien Parfumerie with a few friends and we had a fantastic stay. The location is brilliant. It took us only a couple of minutes to walk down onto the beach, 5 minutes to walk out the pier and 10 minutes to be right in the heart of all the best shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed and there was plenty of space. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were lovely. Great for a girlie stay! Everything was very clean and felt covid-secure. The owners gave us great recommendations on take away, cocktail bars and restaurants and made planning our weekend so easy :-)

Fantastic place in a great Brighton location
Superb accommodation for a family or group of friends. Really well equipped, stylishly furnished and finished, spotlessly clean and a perfect location for the beach, shops and restaurants. Can’t recommend this property highly enough.

Great house and location
Stayed here with the family to explore Brighton. The house is in a great location a stone's throw from the beach and only a short walk from the pier. It's really well equipped and very comfortable. The hosts give you plenty of suggestions of places to visit with great cafes, pubs and restaurants close by. The house was a great place to come back to after a busy few days in Brighton. Loved the tasteful perfume themed decor and comfy beds as well as the well equipped kitchen with plenty of seating if a large group.

Dirty, shabby and tired
Booked this for my friends hen weekend last year, and was optimistic due to the great reviews. However when we arrived I was shocked at the condition of the house. A rather late review but I was clearing out photos on my phone and realised I never actually posted about my experience.
When we first arrived we didn’t even need a key to get in, the house was completely unlocked, and also first thing we noticed was that the front door wasn’t secure. Then we headed upstairs and were shocked to find there were bedroom doors without any handles on, and a strong smell of urine - went into one of the en suites and found this was due to the toilet not being flushed after it was last used! Whole house stunk of marijuana too - apparently because of a neighbour but IMO it smelt way too strong to have not been in the house.
The whole house was dirty and tired looking - i genuinely believe the owners may not have remembered that they had a booking that weekend. Within 30 minutes of walking around the property I looked at my socks and they had turned black from the filth on the floors, dread to think when they had last been cleaned. Bins hadn’t been emptied from previous stay. I could detail everything that was wrong but instead I have uploaded pictures which speak for themselves but worst was finding a glass full of mould behind the sofa, also tried to use the hoover to tidy up myself before the bride arrived and it stunk the whole house out with vomit! Another particularly gross discovery was folding out the sofa bed to find it full of crumbs and scraps of old food. Absolutely disgusting.
I could have forgiven the mistakes if a decent effort was made to rectify the issues and make our stay comfortable - apparently a cleaner had turned up the next day to clean the property but couldn’t because we had “left stuff everywhere”. Not sure why they’d expect the house to be empty when 16 people have just moved in? Regardless of bags and personal items around the house, that’s no excuse not to clean - not even an attempt to hoover a carpet for example. Also I was assured during communication with the owner throughout the stay that we would be compensated. What was I offered? £100 refund - a tiny percentage (way less than 10%) of what we paid for our stay.
Overall absolutely disgusting experience and the owners should be ashamed of themselves for allowing the property to be rented in this state - feel like we were all robbed and safe to say I will never book an Air BnB property again!

Excellent Location
We have just stayed here for a week - and the location was perfect - right off the seafront. We are a large family and the space worked really well for us. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. If you are looking for a Staycation this summer, I would highly recommend this house. The owners were charming to deal with.

Fabulous stay
I booked this beautiful house for my best friend’s hen do. I knew she wanted a good looking house - and when I found the Parisien Parfumerie I knew we were in luck. The house was available and I contacted the owners, Tim and Sue, directly. They were fab! Any questions were answered immediately and they were only too happy to help. They even allowed us to stay an extra night at no extra cost. This took the pressure off for leaving on Sunday!
There were 15 of us in total, and we self catered the whole weekend. The kitchen/dining area was perfect for our number, and the lounge left us plenty of space too.
The bedrooms were fantastic and the bathrooms all clean and well decorated.
The whole house has been finished to a great standard with a lot of attention to detail. The location is perfect - right on the sea front and minutes to the pier. Close to the night life and many other activities... we were able to walk to everything.
We had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish base for your Brighton stay.

Fabulous location 1 minute from the sea and shops. Brilliant venue for a large group, great facilities. Bedding clean and comfortable. Love the theme of French Perfumery. We were lucky enough to meet the owners the weekend we stayed, they were lovely. Would definitely stay again.
