BEATNIK STABLE is a 2,500 square foot, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom loft style house with lots of space and character, ideal for groups of up to 29 people. The building was formerly the stable block for Brighton's prestigious 'Park Crescent' Regency terrace. We have paid particular attention to the kitchen/private dining space: Hand built 6.2m dining table with banquette seating for 26 (more if you want to squeeze in!) Hand built solid wood and honed granite kitchen, using 150 year old reclaimed floor boards from a church in Eastbourne. We like to meet you for check in and we will be on hand throughout your stay to help with any issues that may arise. We can organise a keylock for check ins at unsociable hours * You are staying within the centre of Brighton. * This is also a residential area, with families living close by. * Brighton & Hove Council enforce specific rules regarding noise, rubbish and general behaviour within short term lets. * We have Stag and Hen Private Dining every week please don’t be alarmed, just respect our neighbours NOISE & OUTSIDE AREAS - sources of complaints Under no circumstances is the balcony and patio area to used after 10pm. Doors and windows to to the rear are to be closed after 10pm. as noise carries

About the neighborhood
Brighton is a fun, open-minded, seaside city with a rich music and arts culture. The city hosts many festivals and events throughout the year so whatever time of year you visit there will be something lively happening.
Only a few minutes walk from The Level with its skatepark, childrens playground and picnic green. 5 minutes from the Open Market, with local grocers and cafes and London Road with many independent pubs, cafes and bars.
The Seafront & Palace pier is a pleasant 20 minute walk past the Pavilion and the Brighton Dome.
Located at the foot of the Southdowns there are plenty of walks in the National Park. The area also has a couple of golf courses and being on the seaside we have great sailing & watersports to partake in.

Brighton is easy to walk around.
