can't fault the house, lovely rooms with comfortable beds. Right be the sea but also a short stroll to the main bars abd restaurants in town

Additional Rate and Availability Information
The property's weekend rates apply to from Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights ( except January - two night minimum stay). If you only stay Friday and Saturday night no discount is applicable ( except January - two night minimum stay) . Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.

We don't hire the house on a nightly basis but for four days mid week or more, weekly, and for weekends.

There is a 30% deposit required to book the house.Our weekend rates give you use of the house from Friday pm - Monday am.

Our weekly rate dates are flexible but never run Saturday to Saturday in the High Season.

There is an additional £150 supplement for bank holidays, bank holiday weekends and Gay Pride

The price is all inclusive of cleaning, heating, booking fees, electricity, towels and sheets etc.

There is a £1000 damage deposit payable one week before your stay.
