We provide a key safe so that our guests can arrive and depart at their convenience, however we do live above the flat and are happy to help our guests if they should need anything. We are always pleased to be able to offer information about the local area including: local shops; places to visit; local restaurants and pubs etc.

Lovely apartment spotlessly clean ,crisp white bedding and fluffy white towels for the well fitted shower room . Well equipped kitchen that can cater for all your needs with tea, coffee and milk for your arrival . Managed to park straight outside on the road....More

This apartment is well situated, only a short walk to bus routes, shops, and Preston Park. There is free on-street car parking. The decor and furnishings in the apartment are clean, very pleasing and met all our needs for a short stay. We would certainly...More

Nestling between the South Downs and the sea on the South Coast, Brighton Centre is only 1.5 miles and the stunning City can offer you everything, with a mix of Regency Heritage and seafront cool. A cosmopolitan mix of award winning restaurants and bars, theatres and historic buildings, Brighton is one of the most vibrant, colourful and creative cities in all of Europe. Preston Park station is a 5 minute walk away with regular services into London that take under an hour. The South Downs and downland villages are within easy reach by car or you could take the bus. Brighton is perfect for a break any time of the year.

There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk away with buses into the City centre every 10 mins.
The famous North Laines area of Brighton is a pleasant 15 minutes walk away through the lovely Preston Park.
Preston Park train station on the main London to Brighton line is just 6 minutes walk away, it is only one stop (2 minutes), into the city centre and a 30 minute journey directly to Gatwick airport and 50/60 mins to central London.
