1x double bedroom (super-king bed) this room is on it's own floor with a shower-room, dressing area and access to the roof terrace. This room is ideal for two but in order to keep 12 guests out of the living room a single bed can be set up thus making it a triple bedroom.

The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our family. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped, you eon't miss a thing. Outstanding design.
Comportable check-in and check-out.
We would definitly return for another stay!

Magical experience
To say we enjoyed ourselves would be a major understatement. Me and my friends met for our annual reunion and the place we stayed in easily surpassed the quality, space, value and comfort of all other places we had been to combined. The design and layout of the house is truly unique and contributed to our time in Brighton greatly. We highly recommend to large groups and those who value style and space

Brighton House
A lovely house in a great location. There was plenty of space for 6 adults and a baby. Edwina was very helpful with advise on restaurants etc.

Perfect place to stay
We have just returned from spending the weekend at this lovely place to attend my sons wedding. Our party consisted of six adults and three children. Plenty of beds, plenty of bathrooms and lots of bedding and towels. It is a short walk down to the beach and very close to the centre. It is a gorgeous house and we were grateful to Edwina for letting us visit her home with lots of surprises. Edwina is very easy to contact and replies instantly.
We would highly recommend this place when visiting Brighton.

Fabulous house, wonderful host
Can't fault this place, it has everything! It's beautiful inside and the hosts couldn't be more excellent. I wish they were in charge of all the houses I stayed in! It has a lovely feel and the decor is fantastic.
Made a birthday a dream with their help and co-operation with any questions.

Fantastic stay …
We’ve just returned from a week at Edwina and Marcs lovely Brighton holiday home. We were 2 families of 3 which was perfect. The house is home from home with everything you could possibly want and more. Very centrally located and only 1 road back from the lovely sandy beach. We used the roof terrace every day (particularly for early evening cocktails). Good linen and towels and even comfy pillows which is not often the case in rentals. No need to use the car at all and the car park just behind the house was brilliant. We walked to different restaurants every evening and the supermarket was a minutes walk away. Edwina answered any questions that I had almost immediately and was very helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Spacious cool abode in ideal location for Brighton trip with welcoming, understanding hosts-what more do you want!!
Great location ideally suited for beach, centre, the lanes, great range of restaurants and the BA tower.
The house is well appointed and spacious and we loved the roof garden. Enjoyed the attention to detail in this lovingly restored stunning property.
Lovely hosts who were very welcoming and understanding-all in all a great place to stay in Brighton!

High Reccomended
A great place to stay with plenty of space. The location is very central and having the rooptop space was brilliant for our group. It provides a really good space for socialising and the pizza oven was a real treat. The rooms are all spacious and the whole home was very tidy.

Weekend break with friends
Enjoyed a fabulous break with friends to celebrate a birthday. Brilliant location and lovely house. We had great weather and the roof garden cane into its own. Fabulous space and pizza oven was a great hit. House is well equipped and furnished. Owners easy to contact and very helpful with any queries. Can’t fault it really.
