The second bedroom is fitted with twin 3' single beds, fitted wardrobes and a desk area by the window with direct sea views.
All bookings include linen and towel hire - our housekeeper will make up beds ahead of arrival.
The main living area has a large 3 seater leather sofa, a pair of armchairs and a dining table and chairs which seats 4. There is a 40' flat-screen TV with FreeView channels. There is also unlimited fibre broadband wi-fi to use in the apartment.
There is direct access onto the large, south facing roof terrace which is for your exclusive use. The terrace also has a dining table and chairs seating 4 for alfresco lunches (breakfasts, dinners). There are also reclining outdoor chairs to enjoy the sun.
The kitchen is well catered with a gas hob, an electric oven, a integrated large fridge-freezer and a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine/tumble drier. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery provided, including smaller versions for younger guests and of course all the usual kitchen accessories. The kitchen is accessed off the main living area but is fitted with doors that can be closed off to separate it if required.
The main bathroom has full size bath for a long soak after a day out and about, as well as overhead shower and fixed shower screen, mirror with demister and shaving socket.
All rooms are south facing with sea views.
The flat is on a single level, located on the first floor and serviced by a lift and there are 2 allocated parking spaces for guests use.
There is a travel cot, bed guard and high chair available at the property for guests to use at no additional charge (please bring bedding for the cot).
Please note that the apartment block is accessed through electronic locks on all the main entrances.

Highly tecommended
This is a great place to stay for a holiday. It is spotlessly clean and smelled fresh and clean on arrival. It has all the facilities you need. The layout is excellent with one bedroom en-suite and the other next door to the bathroom. The terrace area is huge with amazing sea views.
It is a short walk to the beautiful beach and pier at Boscombe with a couple of restaurants and bars. Other places are easily accessible by car, bus or land train, but you don’t need to travel if you don’t want to.
The owners are really easy to contact and if there are any small issues they are quick to resolve them.
If we holiday in Boscombe/ Bournemouth again we would definitely stay here.

Great location for long walks along the beach , close to the sea and great standard of apartment.
Good parking and easy access - great restaurants to visit now we can and a short trip to visits some beautifull towns

Secure apartment
Really enjoyed our stay great views and right by the Beach. Shops resturants nearby and short car journey or bus straight to Bournemouth. Recommend would most definitely come back.

Amazing
Luxury flat, totally spotless, looked freshly done. Really enjoyed our stay, hosts are really obliging and it was really well equipped.
Great location, lots to do nearby.
Loved the huge balcony.

Lovely comfortable and cosy flat in a great location with sea views.

Perfect find!
Booked this quite last minute and got so lucky! The flat is so lovely - the photos don’t do it justice. And amazingly situated - 5 mins from the beach. The kids were over the moon.
There is a great place on the beach for wood fired pizzas.

A really great week by the sea
Perfect apartment for a relaxing break. The beach is just down the hill and the sea views from the terrace are perfect - well appointed, quiet, and the apartment has everything you could ask for. Would recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Plenty of room with a view.
Wonderful sea views from the spacious flat & large roof terrace. Modern & light accommodation. Very firm double bed though which I personally found uncomfortable. Quiet and peaceful day and night. A five minute walk downhill to the clean, sandy Boscombe beach & Pier. Friendly staff at Urban Reef cafe/bar for food & drink on the seafront close to Boscombe Pier. Conveniently positioned between Bournemouth and The New Forest. Would visit again and recommend to others.

Gorgeous seaview apartment
It was my 50th celebration with my girlfriends. Beautifully decorated apartment with large spacious bedrooms. The Terrace is huge with beautiful Seaviews. The owners, were very helpful and prompt replies. We will definitely revisit.

Surrounding Bournemouth there are a number of attractions in local towns or enjoying the water or countryside. Below is a small selection....
Towns:
- Poole a short drive or train ride, coastal port town with water sports activities
- Christchurch - small town with famous Priory. Set upon the river with rowing boats/small motor boats to hire
Sports:
- Numerous excellent golf courses in the area
- Almost all forms of watersports catered for in Boscombe, Bournemouth and Poole harbour
- Swimming in sea or local sports centres - Littledown Centre with 25m main pool and childrens pools
Outdoor:
- New Forest a short drive or train ride - walking, riding, cycling
- Beaches - sandy beach on your doorstep, further afield Hengistbury Head nature reserve, Sandbanks (Poole), Studland National Trust natural beach
- Brownsea island National Trust owned island with red squirrels - short boat trip from Poole Quay
- RSPB nature reserve Arne - on shore of Poole Harbour
- Purbecks - walking Jurassic Coast, approx 1hr drive (travel via chain ferry at Sandbanks)
Activities:
- Tower Park water park (all year round) and multiplex cinema
- Paultons Park & Pepper Pig World - located approx 30 min drive from the flat - theme park with lots of rides for younger children
- Marwell zoological park
