Rented this lovely 1st floor flat in Sandbanks for the weekend. Everything was perfect. A beautiful, comfortable and will furnished accommodation that did not disappoint and met our high expectations. The owners are very friendly and so helpful......the whole experience was a pleasure and we would highly recommend to all our friends and family knowing they would not be disappointed.

THE GOOD; Beach is very attractive and just minutes away from the apartment. This first floor accommodation has a entry system, shared access and up 2 short flights of stairs. Parking. This recently refurbished apartment has a king size master bedroom with ensuite and twin bedded second bedroom. The spacious lounge diner is equipped with a contemporary dining table and 4 chairs, comfortable sofa and chair, flat screen TV surround sound, CD and IPOD player. The lounge and master bedroom lead through patio doors to the furnished balcony.
The Kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons as listed above.
A modern second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
For children there is a travel cot, bumper seat for dining and some toys.
Duvets, linen & towels included excluding the travel cot.

How to book..........please e-mail your enquiry and once availability is confirmed a booking form will be sent by e-mail for completion and return, along with your deposit to secure your booking. If you have any questions, I will be happy to speak to you on the phone and talk you through it.

A deposit of £150 'per week' is to be paid at the time of booking, with the balance of the rental to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the additional £250 Refundable Security Deposit, held against damages.

For late bookings (arrival within 8 weeks at time of booking) the full amount should be paid to include the security deposit also.

If you cancel your booking less than 4 weeks prior to the Arrival Date, we reserve the right to retain the Initial Deposit and the Rental, and refund the balance of any money you have paid to us (Security Deposit).

Sandbanks Peninsula is situated at the entrance to Poole harbour, the second largest natural harbour in the world.

Famous for being the playground to the rich and the 4th most expensive place to live in the world, it provides everything you could want for your holiday whether it's Golf, Horse Riding, Water Sports, Hiking (or a gentle stroll), Cycling.

Soaking up the sun on the award winning beaches or visiting the many attractions right on the doorstep, it's the perfect location.

It has shops, restaurants and even Crazy Golf within walking distance too.
Getting around
The apartment is ideally situated for the beaches, restaurant and shops all a short walk away. The Sandbanks ferry is a short walk and takes you over to the beautiful national trust beach of Studland with great views back to Sandbanks and Poole Harbour. We go by foot and it is free to return at any time. Alternatively you can take the car over and explore Studland and Purbeck with National Trust Corfe Castle about a 20 minute drive. Another great option is to pick up the 50 bus in the summer called the Purbeck Breezer as you can sit upstairs on the open top deck and take in the views to Swanage with the bus having priority on the ferry you won't have to queue and the kids will love it. Why not get the steam train at Swanage to Corfe back?
