Whether a family Holiday,wedding celebration,golf holiday,stag/hen party,or long weekend break,friends reunion, there is something for everyone.

This beautifully decorated, spacious maisonette with stylish art work surpassed our expectations. It enjoys an amazing situation just a couple of minutes from a massive (uncrowded) sandy beach and also just a short walk to the high street with its eclectic mix of shops, restaurants and tapas bars. Susie the owner, was really helpful during the whole booking process. We would love to return one day.

We were so impressed with the property! it was actually better than what we had expected. the property was extremely clean with super comfortable beds and great artwork! Would totally recommend this place.

The location is great, everything you need in walking distance, really nice restaurants and pubs close by and best of all the beach is a stones throw away. The house itself is clean and very spacious with beautifully decorated rooms. The owner Sue is lovely and very helpful, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property and will definitely be going back.

We had an amazing time here.. The house is very beautiful and so close to the beach and clifftops, just a quick walk, and the same goes for the charming town.. Great amenities, very helpful and friendly host and lovely place to stay.. Would thoroughly recommend..

Stunning high ceilings and beautiful decor. Sue was there to greet us and make sure we had everything we needed. Turn right 100 yards and you are at the wonderful beaches and turn left 100 yards you are in Southbourne High Street with some really nice independent restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed with a group of friends in this amazing house for the airshow, it was perfect in every way. Its location is perfect, close to the beach and the lovely town centre where there are many wonderful restaurants to eat. We took our two dogs and they loved the walk on the beach each day. Susan our host couldn't do enough for us and was on hand for help and advice. I am particularly fussy when it comes to where to stay but i can honestly say i could not fault it in any way. I highly recommend a stay in this house.

Located between a short walk to the the cliff top/beach; and the bustling community of Southbourne. Spacious accommodation, with ample bedrooms and amenities for a good weekend's stay by the sea. Off street parking as well as plenty of places on the street with no meters. It was an ideal base for a group of friends to spend the weekend for the Bournemouth Air Show

We were lucky enough to stay here on the last weekend of August and absolutely loved it! The house is gorgeous and the decor is beautiful, with lovely big bedrooms, great bathrooms and shared living space. The location is great too - really near the beach and cliff lift as well as the shops and restaurants of Southbourne. Would really recommend this house to groups of friends and to families. Lots of parking.

The house was perfect for us, and was in a great location equidistant between the beach and the high street. Susie was brilliant, checking to make sure everything was ok, and on hand to resolve any issues. We'll definitely be back!

We just got back from the most amazing weekend at The Grand celebrating my best friends hen party. I just LOVE Bournemouth and the location was perfect with the beach right at the end of the road. All the rooms were beautifully decorated and there was loads of room for all 12 of us. Susie was really helpful throughout and made the planning so much less stressful. Everyone was very impressed with The Grand and I would 100% stay here again.
