charming cottage
In the lovely community of Wellswood. Very smart cottage with 3 bedrooms.
Very well equipped kitchen - but if you're serious about cooking, you may want to bring your own knives. We're going back very soon.

Just brilliant!
Ideally located for a family holiday or a couple who need a peaceful break. Beaches and coastal walks are within walking distance .Torque is just a mile away and the beauty of the English Riviera on your doorstep.
The owners’ hospitality is impeccable! The cottage itself is clean, quiet, homely and really well equipped. There is a supermarket, a pharmacy a pub a patisserie, an amazing deli and a couple of restaurants within a two-minute walk.
Would strongly recommend for a couple or a family!

Gute Lage, nettes Cottage, leider einige Mängel

Great location, great facilities, ideal for families!
The owners of this property have created a lovely space, in a great location that has everything you could want for a brilliant week away. The house is well equipped with everything you'll need for self-catering, and it is walking distance to shops. There are some lovely places to eat just up the road. We were also able to walk to a good little park and two beaches with our young children. There was loads to keep the the children entertained within a walk or a short drive. We love the beaches in the area, they are really family friendly. We also made use of the local swimming pool, good for a rainy day.

Great Place to Stay
This is the second time we stayed at Little Acre and will definitely be going again.
The cottage is so ideally located. There are so many beautiful walks in every direction and a small parade of shops nearby for everything you need. Torquay town is nearby and we tend to walk in but a its only a short bus ride for the less able.
The cottage is clean, quiet and very homely with all the usual features along with easy parking.
I can`t recommend Little Acre highly enough as a great base for a family holiday.

Excellent base for a great family holiday
We had a wonderful week in this cosy cottage that is in such a fabulous location. Within walking distance of the beach, town centre and a beautiful part of the south west coast path. The cottage is tucked away on a quiet side street and yet there are a variety of great shops right on your doorstep including a superb patisserie and traditional pub. Would love to return at some point in the not too distant future.

Little Acre is a comfortable and very well equipped cottage, a real home from home.
The cottage is situated in a quiet side road, within a two minute walk of a small parade of shops. This includes a supermarket for everyday needs, several tasteful coffee shops, a pub and a delicatessen, all providing excellent food and friendly service.
The coastal path is within walking distance and the surrounding area provides walks ranging from cliff top or sea front, to a gentle after dinner stroll, all with spectacular views. Within easy driving distance are beaches, picturesque coastal towns and the tranquility of Dartmoor.
Little Acre was perfect to return to after a busy day or simply to stay 'at home' to read and relax. We can’t wait to go back.

Great family holiday
Great for families. Within walking distance to a variety of beaches. We spend a short week here, went to a different beach every day, had a few meals out (lots of choice nearby), and the house provides an excellent base.
