Luxury top floor flat directly on the waterfront with easy access to Plymouth, Dartmoor, South Devon coastline and Cornwall. Located in the award winning historic Royal William Yard which has been carefully restored including a choice of restaurants. Free parking for 1 car, no booking charges and we accept Paypal/credit/debit card or direct transfer.

Very spacious 2 bed/2 bath with study area/5th bed and modern interior design. Double height vaulted ceilings, exposed original roof trusses and glass skylights, very light & airy. All the main rooms are on the same level and have fantastic water views. There are often Royal Navy ships passing by as well as the Cremyll ferry.

Quiet residential building, no parties, no smoking.

Situated in The Royal William yard, this is a simply stunning apartment, beautifully furnished it was an absolute delight to return to at the end of a day exploring. On arrival we had a lovely welcome by Jo who showed us around the apartment and gave us lots of tips about places to visit and local restaurants. About the neighborhood
The former victualling yard on the banks of the River Tamar was once the supply stores for the Royal Navy, ensuring the ships had sufficient stocks of food and drink. The yard was designed by eminent Victorian engineer Sir John Rennie and was built between 1825 and 1835 and is now a scheduled ancient monument. It now includes restaurant as well as an hourly passenger ferry service to/from the Barbican during the summer months.Mount Edgcumbe country park is just on the opposite bank of the river Tamar with a frequent passenger ferry connection.
