Each of our twelve stone built bungalows are self-contained,warm and very quiet with breathtaking views of the Exmoor National Park. Dean Steep makes a superb base for a unique holiday experience. A photographer's paradise, near the sea and ideal for National Trust walks, riding, fishing etc.
Pets are welcome in some accommodation by prior arrangement.

Set in 12 peaceful acres of the North Devon countryside all our well equipped bungalows are double fronted and fully double glazed. All have an open plan lounge and kitchen and have been comfortably furnished. The kitchens have a full size cooker, microwave and fridge. The lounge is cosy and warm with flat-screen TV and DVD. About the neighborhood
For ramblers there is the South West Coastal Path, the Tarka Trail for the cyclists and Exmoor for riding and fishing. Lynton and Lynmouth are joined by the unique water powered cliff railway, with some of the most exhilarating clifftop views in England.
There are several theme parks within easy reach including The Milky Way, Watermouth Castle and The Big Sheep. Exmoor Zoo and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park are both less than 10 miles away. Woody Bay Steam Railway is just over one mile.
Lynton and Lynmouth have several pubs and restaurants.

A car is recommended but the bus from Lynton to Barnstaple passes the end of the drive and will stop on request.

The bus from Lynton to Barnstaple passes the end of our drive so although we advise bringing your car it is possible to get the train to Barnstaple and then a bus.
