Quiet rural location but close to Cullompton and its amenities. Good base for touring Devon (and beyond!) as only 5 minutes to the M5. Delightful accommodation with garden. Friendly greeting from Sandra (the owner) on arrival. Loved the fresh farm eggs for breakfast! Would definitely visit again if in the area.

Lovely setting, comfortable cottage with all mod-cons, the perfect hide a way. The whole cottage is clean and neat with a lovely view of the country side through the windows. The farm animals are just outside the front door so it is a good stay for young children
