Manu Propria lies at the end of a private lane just off the road through Trewarmett. It's elevated position provides beautiful views over the pretty garden from Port Isaac Bay round to Lundy Island in the north. Situated within 2 miles of Tintagel with its famous Castle, Old Post Office (National Trust Property), King Arthur's Great Halls, shops, restaurants and pubs. Within 20 minutes walk of the South West Coast Path National Trail and less than half an hours walk to the beach at Trebarwith Strand. Bodmin Moor is only a ten minute drive and the popular fishing villages of Port Isaac and Boscastle less than half an hour by car. Open all year, the accommodation comprises a spacious lounge and separate dining room both with lovely views. There is a family bathroom upstairs (shower over bath) and a cloakroom downstairs. There is parking for 3 cars to the rear and a patio and large garden overlooking the sea. Manu Propria has been inspected and approved by Quality In Cornwall, who work in partnership with Visit Cornwall, Cornwall's official Tourist Board. More

Spacious house, plenty of room for children to play. Kitchen well equipped. Fantastic views, even better than advert. Nearest shop Tintagel 2 miles away. Lived in feel but just what we wanted with children. Would come back. Owner very helpful.

The First Kernow 95 bus service calls at the bus stop at the Trenale turning which is 100 metres into Trewarmett from the house. The service runs every few hours Monday to Saturday. This service runs between Bude and Truro via Boscastle, Camelford, Wadebridge and St Columb Major.
