Recently refurbished, the apartment retains its period charm with feature granite walls polished granite shelving, heavy oak furniture and angular, slanting ceilings, tastefully combined with crisp, white bed linen and sofas that you sink into. The whole apartment has a light, airy feel to it, with the rooms flowing easily into one another.

The head and foot designed especially low to allow for the anticipated intrusion of any children running-in in the morning and jumping up to gaze out of the quirky, angular window at the early-morning rising of St Ives far below. If you open the window, the smell of the sea air waits to greet you and the distant murmuring of life drifts up.
The romantic, magical feel to this apartment has made it a favourite with couples but with the bed big enough to accommodate two children as well as their parents and a double sofa bed in the lounge, there is plenty of room for a large party to stay too.
The lounge has 2 large, comfortable sofas and a solid wood dining table and chairs, all over-looking the stunning view across the harbour and out to sea. See the sun rise out of the ocean over your breakfast, then in the evening retire to the enormous balcony situated conveniently right outside the kitchen for alfresco dining and from your elevated position, suspended above the town, see it sink down over the jumble of buildings and twisty streets, casting long shadows and a gentle golden glow that leaves you bathed in peace and serenity.
The large bright bathroom has a w/c,sink and a bath with shower and features the most amazing town,harbour and sea views.
There is CARPARKING at the back of the property which is like gold dust in St Ives.

Family Gutted not to be going
Made contact with the owner who offered me a price to stay. I replied to accept and called the landline number on the website, in the space of me attempting to speak to someone the holiday was sold. The radio silence thereafter said it all.
Poor communication has led to my family not getting a holiday in our desired location.

Apartment with the WOW factor......
Where do I start? Everything about this apartment was just perfect. The location, PERFECT...., the views, PERFECT...... , furnishings, comfort, and cleanliness, PERFECT......, value, PERFECT..... We didn't want to leave. We enjoyed our stay so much. The place exceeded our expectations. There was even a gift basket full of local produce left for us. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful stay in St Ives
We had a lovely week in the Huers Watch Apartment (Apt 3). Amazing views of St Ives and very comfortable. The owner, Mark, seems to have thought of everything.

Brilliant
What a view. Pictures actually don’t do it justice. Surely the only time where the pictures undersold the place rather than the other way around. Decor and position excellent nice little touches everywhere you look.
Parking spot is a bit tight might be an issue if your car is huge. Bed isn’t a single mattress but two mattresses put together. These are minor quibbles though: overall a lovely place to stay. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

The Pednolver Apartments - The Penthouse
My wife and I stayed in the penthouse approximately five minutes walk from the centre of St Ives and the nearest beach. There are excellent views of St Ives, the harbour and beaches. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Mark (the owner) even provided a welcome pack of goodies including biscuits for dog. There is plenty to see and do including site seeing, galleries, shopping,beaches and restaurants.. St Ives is a great place to visit and the Pednolver apartments is the ideal place to stay.

Fantastic location and wonderful views
Apartment is centrally located with spectacular views over St Ives. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Apartment has everything you'll need, kitchen fully equipped, large bathroom and comfortable bed. Pictures posted don't do it justice. We stayed for 3 nights in February and had a great stay. Apartment has it's own parking space and is accessed via the car park by an external fire exit up 3 flights of steps. Apartment can also be accessed from an internal hallway from the front of the building. Met Mark, really friendly and helpful. Hope to stay again.

Home from home with excellent views of whole of St. Ives
Excellent location: only a 5 minute walk uphill from harbour and beach with one of the best views I've seen capturing the whole of St. Ives. The apartment is extremely well-equipped with plenty of room to relax and spread out. Clean and warm with a good quality working shower and comfortable beds. The owners left us some welcoming treats on arrival too which made us feel at home. Would definitely stay again.

Atemberaubende Aussicht
Die Bilder der Website haben nicht getrogen, das Appartment ist fantastisch! Nicht nur der Blick von allen Fenstern auf die Bucht von St. Ives hat uns bezaubert, auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht - zum Beispiel scharfe Messer! - , um sich wohl und wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Dazu hatte uns Mark zum Empfang ein Körbchen mit Ingwerkeksen, Scones, Erdbeermarmelade, Clotted Cream, Tee und Kaffee hingestellt. Wir können das Appartment allen empfehlen, die das Besondere suchen.

Best view from great apartment
Had lovely time in this great apartment. Spent many hours relaxing on balcony and enjoying terrific view of st Ives beaches from one side and the light house on other. Could see sunrise from window in reception room. Wish there were more comfortable chairs on balcony. Most of the furniture inside is lovely and comfortable. The flat was well equipped with glasses, plates and cookware which we used on a few nights. Loved the place and would recommend to anyone

By Car:
The main A30 runs from Exeter to Penzance. At Lelant just west of Hayle take the A3074 to St. Ives. Immediately after Carbis Bay watch for the Tregenna Castle signs on the left hand side. Just past the entrance to the Tregenna Castle Hotel on the left there is a fork in the road, take the left hand fork (signposted to the Leisure centre). After approx 300 metres there is a sharp bend to the left which is steeply inclined. Go around this bend and take the second right signposted SeaView Terrace and go to the end of the road and Pednolver Apartments car park is on your right behind the yellow security posts. Please note, Pednolver Terrace does not appear on maps, if using sat/nav look for SeaView Terrace.
By Train: Regular Intercity Services running to Penzance stop at St. Erth station, and from there a frequent (approx every half hour) local service runs along the three mile scenic branchline to St. Ives. At St Ives station head towards St. Ives, take the first set of steep steps on your left going up to The Terrace. You will see a no entry road opposite, short walk to top of road; Pednolver Terrace is in front of you.Turn right and walk to the end of the pavement go through the iron gates and Pednolver Apartments are at the end of the path.
By Bus: from terminal turn left up the hill, with sea to your left, walk along The Terrace until you see a no entry road on the right. Short walk to top of road, Pednolver Terrace is in front of you. Turn right and walk to the end of the pavement go through the iron gates and Pednolver Apartments are at the end of the path.By Air: Regular Flights from Gatwick and Stanstead to Newquay Airport operate with only 40 minutes flying time. Taxi to the St Ives £40 approx.
By Taxi: Excellent well priced local service
