We provide bed linens, bath & hand towels plus bath mat, and for the kitchen we provide tea towels. Some staples will also be available, such as salt & pepper, olive oil, sugar and tea. There's a Nespresso machine and suitable capsules can be bought in the local supermarket, or bring your own favourite Nespresso capsules with you!
The harbour, beaches, galleries, shops, restaurants and cultural points of interest such as the Tate and Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Garden are all within easy reach.
Parking: there is a small lock up private garage available for guests to use at no extra cost. It fits most standard size cars but do get in touch for internal dimensions if you want to check the size in advance. It's up the hill near the St Ives Rugby club (approx 20 minute walk) and there are also numerous St Ives car parks nearby (closest is 4 min walk from property).
Clean. Bright. Cosy. Central. Quiet courtyard setting. Perfect bolthole with high speed wifi.

Excellent accommodation
We had an excellent stay at 3 Wesley Flats. Could not fault the accommodation and the location was superb. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the harbour. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay in St Ives.

We enjoyed out stay here very very much .The flat was perfect in a great location with beaches,bars restaurants and shops in easy walking reach .The flat was immaculate with everything we needed for the week very cosy, Tricia when we needed her was easy to contact and very helpful,Would most definitely go back here,

A complete gem !
Fantastic week away. Amazing location in the heart of St Ives. Number 3 is compact, beautifully equipped, stylishly decorated, and a perfect escape from everyday life. As soon as you go through the little yellow door you know that you are going to have a chilled Cornish seaside break. The main open plan living area includes a sofa, dining table, chairs, good sized bathroom, and a small galley kitchen that has everything you need. The beautiful bedroom is reached by going up a metal spiral staircase that adds to the whole bolt hole feeling - the double bed was incredibly comfortable after lazy days on the surf beach and long leisurely walks.

Lovely cottage in a perfect St Ives location
A fabulous cosy cottage in the centre of St Ives,very well equipped, spotlessly clean & tidy. The owner was delightful . A perfect location to walk to the beaches, the shops, restaurants & waterfront. We loved the coastal walks too. While the cottage is in the centre of St Ives it is in a very quiet & peaceful spot tucked away in a little courtyard. It has a lovely little garden spot which is very peaceful & relaxing. We parked the car in the garage spot, a little walk away up out of the centre of St Ives, it is safe & secure and we didn't need the car at all during our stay. We enjoyed our holiday so much we are already planning to return in a few weeks !!

I was looking forward to returning to St Ives and Number 3 and they didn't disappoint. I was there for the NYE fancy dress in the harbour and it was an amazing experience. Wonderful atmosphere and costumes! Number 3 is both in a quiet little spot and close to everything at the same time.The flat is well equipped and obviously well loved by the owner-beautiful new paintings and other details have been added since my last stay. Love it. I will be back!

Perfect central location - to train, to town, to beaches
I was so impressed with the communications from the owner, ensuring we had a trouble-free stay. Loved that we could walk to shops, beaches and even hauled ourselves with luggage to the train station!
Very well equipped for cooking, even though so many good eating places in St Ives.
It is small, but perfect for a couple. The spiral stairs to the loft bedroom was slightly challenging for seniors, but we felt at home there immediately.

Loved this place, and loved St Ives.
Cosy little cottage perfectly located in a quiet back street in the centre of fabulous St Ives. Very tastefully decorated and furnished. Tricia provided lots of helpful information by text and was there for us if we needed her. Free parking provided, but a bit of a hike away. The only possible thing to bear in mind is that the spiral staircase up to the bedroom is very steep and narrow. Mind you, we are in our 60's and we managed ok!

St Ives Bay has been voted one of the most beautiful bays in the world and boasts some of Cornwall's finest beaches including the famous surfing beach at Porthmeor overlooked by the Tate Gallery. The town offers a host of leisure pursuits including surfing, water sports, a leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, a golf course at Tregenna Castle Hotel, the challenging West Cornwall Golf Club at Lelant as well as delightful coastal walks.
Getting around
From St Ives, you can get out on some great day trips to explore Cornwall’s beautiful scenery, enjoy attractions like St Michael’s Mount located on a tidal island close to Penzance (our version of the French Mont-Saint-Michel), The Minack Theatre, carved into the cliffs offering atmospheric open air performances, and a wonderful sculpture garden, Tremenheere, up in the hills behind Penzance. Exploring by car makes it easy but there are also numerous buses that you can board from the St Ives bus station. Nearby Zennor is a great spot with a pub called The Tinners Arms and a visit there gives you glimpses of the wild beautiful countryside on the way. There is a visitors centre in the St Ives library with maps and guide books too.

How to find 3 Wesley Flats, Wesley Place, St Ives, Cornwall, TR26 1SLNB NOT 3 WESLEY PLACEYou will pass a Tesco supermarket on a roundabout on the A3074 and soon after arrive in St Ives at the mini roundabout follow ‘Harbour’ signs off the to the right and into the start of St Ives town. Follow the road past the railway station and the bus terminus there will be a sharp (and tight) right bend and then there are shops on both side of this narrow street down the hill over a tiny junction until Barclays bank appears infront of you, when you reach Barclays bank turn left and go up the incline (there is a church on the right at the bottom of this slope as you turn in) it looks like a 'no entry' but you can go up Bedford Road. The 3rd turning on the left is Wesley Place and so is the 4th – take the 4th turning, near the end of this road is a pedestrian only alleyway, blocked off with two bollards, you can stop here to drop off luggage. The flat is in the tall grey house at the end of the alleyway, easily identified by the yellow door with a number 3. The garden, planted with coastal plants and succulents, has seating and a paved area directly outside the stable door.
