Spacious, light flat and it provided everything we needed. We would certainly return as fell in love with St Ives and this flat was extremely well located. The weather was mixed but we had enough sun for us to feel we'd had a nice holiday...More

We're a family of 4. Two teenagers. This was ideal for a short break. Light and airy. Well equipt. Virtually on the beach with car park very nr by, views from the bedroom , and the sound of the crashing sea throughout. What more could...More

The kitchen has a traditional feel with a belfast sink and pine dresser and it is well equipped with gas cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave. It has a driftwood dining table and six antique chairs.
The open plan living area is bright, spacious, open to the rafters with two sash windows to the front overlooking Porthmeor Beach Road. There is a traditional feature fireplace, original wood flooring and St. Ives paintings. It also has two leather three-seater sofas, TV with DVD and CD player and FreeSat box.
The double bedroom has drawers, a bedside cabinet and wall hooks. It also has a sea view.

Railway: St. Erth: 1.9 mi
By Car
From the A30, continue onto A3074 until you reach St. Ives town centre. Drive through town down to the harbour front and carry on up hill leaving the Sloop PH on your left. At Back Road junction turn left (past Stevens the fishmongers) and then turn immediately right onto Porthmeor Road. On arrival outside the flat it is best to park temporarily across the slipway leading to Porthmeor Beach to unload your luggage. Once unloaded, drive the short journey up the hill to the Island car park. If this car park is full you can either wait (day-trippers tend to leave at tea-time) or try the other car parks which are situated opposite and behind the Tate Gallery (please call us if you are lost!) It is advisable to take £1 coins for the parking meter.
