One bedroomed refurbished ground floor apartment with double sofa bed in lounge next to the lovely Trenance Lake and Gardens and near the beautiful Gannel Estuary. Peaceful quiet location yet only 500m from Newquay centre and it's famous beaches. Nearbye attractions include Newquay Zoo and Waterpark. 50m from the popular Lakeside Restaurant. Allocated parking space. Also you can walk along the Gannel Estuary to the beautiful Crantock beach and lovely village of Crantock.

Fabulous apartment situated opposite trenance lake. Within easy walking distance to Newquay town. The apartment is well equipped with all cleaning products, towels & bedding . The sofa bed & main bed are really comfortable. Lovely neighbours who are more than happy to help should you need any info about eating out etc. We had a fantastic holiday & thank you to sue who left us a welcome pack of fruit,milk,orange juice & biscuits 😁 we will be returning it's a little gem 💎.

Fantastic place, excellent communication
I ve got to say that this one of the best locations bases we have ever had. Very clean, location ideal, great communication. Would love to stay their again, and only a steep walk to the town, otherwise a great view and walk around the boating lake. Thank you very much

Lovely apartment
Stayed in this lovely apartment for a week on arrival Sue the owner had left us with a lovely welcoming pack, the apartment is situated in a lovely area of Newquay ten minutes walk to the zoo and a lovely café just across the road on the waters edge, we met a couple who live next door who where very helpful and a pleasure to meet we will definitely book again .

Always Amazing
We have stayed here multiple times and it is fantastic.
The apartment has all you need and more. Brilliant location, spacious, fully equipped, parking, beautifully clean and comfortable.
We would not go anywhere else in Cornwall.

Excellent accommodation
Great stay here, the apartment was lovely and clean, Sue left us welcome touches to really start us off on our holiday.Good facilities and great location.Right opposite a boating lake and cafe, round the corner from the zoo also .Had a great time, would highly recommend to others and would love to stay here again in the future

Little Gem
Great location at the edge of Trenance Lake and gardens. Within walking distance of Newquay..which is a bonus if you want to leave the car. Lovely clean apartment with everything you need to enjoy home from home. The milk..coffee..tea bags..biscuits and fruit left by the owner was an added bonus..thankyou..very thoughtful. Would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic Apartment
Our first stay in this beautiful apartment and we weren't disappointed. We will certainly stay here again.
The apartment was very clean and the extra touches of teabags, sugar and coffee available plus fresh fruit and milk.
Every little detail had been thought of.
The owner should be very proud. 😊

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to the town centre and attractions. Would really recommend anyone who is looking to stay here. There is also a boating lake and cafe just across the street.

excellent location and everything you need for a great holiday
the location was great and the flat was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a great holiday it was lovely walking around the lake and gardens in the mornings we were lucky enough to have good weather which made for a great holiday all round

This is an absolutely brilliant apartment. It is beautifully presented, clean and very well equipped. Beautiful location. The parking space is a fantastic bonus. So comfortable and room enough for a couple or small family. We wouldn't go anywhere else. We highly recommend this apartment.

Waters Edge Apartment is situated about 40 metres from Trenance Lake & gardens & 100 metres from the beautiful Gannel Estuary Newquay centre is about half a mile away as are the numerous fantastic beaches. Ideal destination for surfing.
