We visited last year and after our visit booked straight away for this year. We all love staying here. Its clean, comfortable, spacious, reasonably priced and has everything we need, catering for adults and kids. Great location too. Thank you Kevin for letting us your place. Kevin is very quick to respond and genuinely cares about our experience. Excited, as we have booked again for next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and very well presented. The bedrooms were spacious, and the downstairs living area was perfectly suited to a sociable holiday with friends. I wouldn’t hesitate to revisit and book with Kevin again.

The house was lovely, comfortable and very clean. We loved having 3 bathrooms and it was easy getting to Newquay. We would definitely book this property again. The weather was fantastic. We used the tennis court's and golf on site. Thanks Kevin for having reasonable prices, which allowed us to have a wonderful week.

House number 59 was excellent,very clean and it had plenty of utensils in the kitchen.The only thing what was missing was a washing machine, and a barbecue.Good week by all.

Had a lovely time as 3 retired couples holidaying Cornwall. House had everything we needed, good facilities on site and Kevin was super helpful, very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

We had a great experience from the booking process, where Kevin was more than helpful with our changing dates slightly. The house is very spacious, perfect for our family and facilities on site made entertaining the kids on rainy days ideal! We will certainly be contacting Kevin next time we return to visit family in Cornwall.

We stayed during the Feb half term and had a great time. Kevin's joining instructions were clear and we got access to the house really easily. The house itself is clean and well equipped and compared to some in the site fairly priced. The bedroom downstairs was great for us as the grandparents joined us for the week and this made things much easier. The on site facilities are great and the leisure club is included in the fee. We would highly recommend.

We have stayed at Atlantic reach before but in a 2 bed lodge so we knew we already liked the facilities on site and the location. The difference between the 2 and the 4 is massive, it was like a home from home. Amazing! We had everything we needed in the kitchen for making a roast at the weekend and lots of space so we could all relax in separate rooms after long walks on the beach. We were made to feel welcome before we even arrived with Kevin being very accommodating on our arrival time. We have booked to go again already and we are counting down the days! I would definitely recommend this property!

Just spent a long weekend at no.59. Everything was perfect, extremely clean and comfortable and we had asked for extras - cot, highchair, st byairgate - and they were waiting for us when we arrived. The property is so well designed, one of our party uses a wheelchair when away from home so the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were ideal. I would gladly recommend this lodge to anyone. Thank you Kevin for your excellent service and communication throughout.
