Great location
The house itself was very clean and comfortable with great character. We enjoyed sitting out in the garden which has a choice of seating areas (our little dog liked it too). The location was fantastic - we didn’t use the car at all. A short walk down lanes to the River Gannel which was great for swimming and not too busy; up the river to the boating lake with delicious reasonably priced ice cream; walks around the coast; and corner shop and supermarket within walking distance too.

Home from home
We had a fantastic week here. All the facilities you would expect at home plus an AGA cooker. Very clean and well kept. The welcome pack was also very thoughtful and unexpected. The location is superb with everything from beaches, river, town centre and activivity centre all within walking distance, and we are not usual walkers lol. I would highly recommend

A very comfortable house for adults and children.
We were 4 adults and a 3 year old. The house and garden were good for all of us and the owner, Robert, was very helpful. A nice touch were items in the fridge plus tea. coffee and sugar. This meant were could refresh ourselves after a long journey. The house was very clean and comfortable with various board games and toys outside for young children.

Fantastic Family Holiday Home - Highly Recommend
We have stayed at Quesnelle many times over the last 4 years and enjoyed it immensely. The owner is very friendly, welcoming and kind and the house is brilliant for families. The house is extremely well equipped with all appliances and has a fantastic AGA which helps to dry the wetsuits and wet gear out a treat. It has a lovely garden with a BBQ and a very useful and spacious tile floored garage to store all your beach equipment. The house is close to Fistral and Crantock beach and also a short walk into Newquay town centre. It is also a great place if you need to take your dog on holiday too. Thank you for everything Robert, we will most definitely be coming back for another family holiday.Highly recommend :0)

Quesnelle is a comfortable spacious house with large gardens which we found to be a perfect home from home. Fully equipped and located in the quiest much sought after area of Pentire it is just a short distance from town, Fistral beach and the Gannel estuary. We will definitely return again soon.
