Le Hibou is one in a complex of 6 rural French gites which are purpose-built and restored using traditional materials. The accommodation is situated within a private courtyard, with a separate parking area. Each Gite has its own garden, with a BBQ, dining area and garden furniture. The large private swimming pool comprises a paddling pool (25msq) with a depth of 40cm waterfalling into a large pool (75msq) with a shallow end of 1m and a deep end of 2m, and is shared by the four properties. The pool is situated on the edge of the Adour valley with spectacular views of the mountains. The grounds include an ancient chapel, moat & woodlands to explore. There is a large village communal pool in the village of Madiran.

The Gite has 3 bedrooms – a double bedroom, a double bedroom with a single bed and a third bedroom with bunkbeds and a single bed.
Downstairs is a lounge, a large dining area ideal for entertaining groups of 12+ and fully equipped kitchen with an American fridge/freezer. It has a log burning stove.
The private terrace overlooks the front of the property across a large lawn and vines.
In total – 150 square metres (approx 1600 square feet).
This Gite is spacious & has plenty of space for additional beds if required.
We are a family orientated location.
Great play area with large sand pit, swings and play house, rugby posts, giant connect four & many other garden games.

Generous sized gites and pool in an idyllic location - perfect!
This is our second year at Le Prielle and both ourselves and our children (6 and 8) looked forward to it all year. The gites are generous in size and are situated in an idyllic spot - surrounded by vines with lots of large landscaped areas to run free. The pool is great and the abundance of fruit trees and chickens to collect eggs from in the morning is endless fun for the children and helpful to cook with. Madiran is a lovely village close by which just adds to the whole experience. We can't wait to return in 2020.
