Le Chai is one in a complex of 6 rural French gites which are purpose-built and restored using traditional materials. The accommodation is situated within a private courtyard, with a separate parking area. Each Gite has its own garden, with a BBQ, dining area and garden furniture. The large private swimming pool comprises a paddling pool (25msq) with a depth of 40cm waterfalling into a large pool (75msq) with a shallow end of 1m and a deep end of 2m, and is shared by the holiday properties. The pool is situated on the edge of the Adour valley with spectacular views of the mountains. The grounds include an ancient chapel, moat & woodlands to explore.There is a large village communal pool available in Madiran.

The Gite has 3 bedrooms – a double bedroom with king size bed of 180cm by 200cm bed, a single bedroom, and a twin bedroom. Downstairs is a lounge, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen. The lounge has a log burning stove. The terrace overlooks the private courtyard.
In total 110 Square Metres (approx 1200 square feet).
An adjoining door leading to Gite 3 (La Grange) enables the gite to be let either individually, as 2 separate units, or 1 large unit sleeping 10+ people. Ideal for 2 families, large groups or grandparents and those wishing to holiday together but have their own space at the same time.We are a family orientated location.
Great play area with large sand pit, swings and play house, rugby posts, giant connect four & many other garden games.

Splendid, calm and just perfect! Highly recommend and will come back
The place itself is a wonderful haven, comfy and perfectly equipped! And then the garden, orchard, swimming pool provide the perfect options to spend quiet and quality time. I was there with my 2yo daughter, and she had a blast with Paulette in the orchard, on the slide-swing combo, the sandpit, in the pool (a smaller one attached to the big one is super handy for playing with babies!), and overall running around the garden and chasing lizards!!

Wonderful holiday
What an amazing holiday we had. The gite was wonderful, well appointed and the pool was just beautiful. Paulette and Simon could not have been better hosts, nothing was too much trouble. They showed the children where to collect eggs and where to feed the pigs. The freedom our children enjoyed was so great for them. Truly the best holiday we’ve had, and we hope to be back again soon!

Attractive gite in lovely countryside
Very good three bedroom converted barn gite in an attractive courtyard.
Each of the gites has it's own seating area & bbq and the property has a huge garden which guests are able to use. There are 2 adjoining pools, ideal for younger and older children plus table tennis & badminton.
There is plenty to see in the area including excellent vineyards and a number of lovely restaurants.
The owners could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Great place to escape!
Nicely converted barns, with loads of character, in the heart of rural France. Plenty of activities on site including the fantastic pool, table tennis and badminton.
