House Rental
The house has three rooms each with a Queen bed. Two of the bedrooms have private full bathrooms, while the third shares a full bathroom with the common area. The whole house has solar (electricity backed-up) heated hot water. Also a fully equipped kitchen, dinning area, washing machine/dryer and a common area with satellite TV and WiFi.
The house has wrap around balconies and is built on stilts that place it in the trees canopy and gives it a feeling and view like no other house. The interior of the house is furnished and decorated with unique handmade pieces tailored specifically for the house that make the place an attraction in itself.
This property has two security cameras. One is outside facing the parking lot and the second one is also outside facing the back of the house.

Perfect house for big family!
Perfect family house in Monteverde! Daniela the host was fantastic! Helped us book activities and also helped with reservations. Tree house is super secluded but close to town. Very clean and safe

Great spot!!!!
Amazing house, perfect host. The house is huge and clean. 5 Star rating.
Follw the signs, it's a little hard to find, and be aware there are different size on the houses.
We are in the 3 room house, great value for money 💰

Really great rental.
Peaceful place. Beautiful woodwork. Well equipped kitchen. Great internet. Lots of space. We misunderstood the accommodations and needed an extra mattress. They we very accommodating. We highly recommend this vacation home.

About the neighborhood
It is located on a large property, there are other rental houses on the property but out of shouting distance to provide each with privacy. Just up the road from the property there are several restaurants, a small supermarket, art galleries and souvenir shops. Also in the area there are several attractions such as private reserves, a butterfly garden, night tours and others.
Getting around
Most attractions offer transportation but there are also taxis on call or just up the road and a public bus that runs between Santa Elena and the Monteverde Reserve. If you are driving 4x4 is not required but is highly recommended not just for Monteverde but for Costa Rica in general (or at least a car with good ground clearance).
