A new and spacious Villa in a gated community located just 15 minutes from the town of Ocho Rios, close to all major attractions: Dunns' River Falls, Mystic mountain, Dolphin cove, horseback riding, several public and private beaches, popular restaurants, cinema and entertainment spots. Tastefully furnished and fully air-conditioned, private hot tub (subject to weather) and Sauna, outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and Gym, furnished back and front patio, a private bar and grill and daily housekeeping/cook. Clean towels, fresh linen and complimentary breakfast items and Wi-Fi.

Great experience
Overall the entire stay was amazing! The pictures doesn't adequately describes the beauty of the house. The interior is quite modern, inviting and clean! I would recommend this house to anyone. It is located in a very safe and peaceful area. Marie provided exceptional customer service.

Relax Villa’s Amazing
My family and I stayed at Relax Villa for 2 months (July-August) and had the most incredible experience. It is what it says and more. Anyone who is looking for comfort , safety and relaxation this is the place. The Villa is equipped with high end furnishings and state of the art amenities for comfort. I was very impressed with the Villa on entry until the end of my stay. It was very clean and has everything from a well equipped kitchen to outdoor TV, sauna, jacuzzi etc. A/C and ceiling fan in every room to keep you cool. There is also an outdoor fan.
The manager Ms Pat and housekeeper Ms Marie are such lovely, awesome hosts. Ms Pat is always available via phone to assist with enquiries and suggestions of fun places to explore.
I will definitely book my stay at Relax Villa again and would 100% recommend it as the perfect Holiday rental.

Cousin yearly getaway
Visited this villa this weekend and was very very impressed. Service was excellent, amenities not too far from town and if you don’t have a ride one will be recommended to you by management. Snacks were great, backyard was very neatly setup with a hot tub. Can bring a whole family of 8, and party. A special cook can be hired if needed. Villa is super clean. You will also feel very secured. Clubs 10 minutes away. Will definitely use this villa again.

Getting around
5 Minutes walk to main road to get public transportation to go to main towns of Ocho Rios, St Ann's Bay, Runaway Bay and Brown's Town or to the cities of Kingston and Montego Bay. Convenient access to Luxury shuttle service by Knutsford Express, for transportation to and from the Cities of Kingston and Montego Bay. Also private tours and transportation can be arranged.
