The villa of 270 sq.m. enjoys a quiet location in Mouzaki with panoramic views across the island and total privacy. This deluxe 4-bedroom villa offers free of charge: outdoor pool with sun loungers and outdoor dining area, jaccuzzi, terraces, garden, air conditioning, wi-fi, parking, 2 sitting areas, 2 dining areas, fully equipped kitchen (oven, cooking hob, dishwasher , microwave, coffee maker, kettle), daily cleaning and change of linen and towels, satellite TV, plasma screen, bbq, alarm and concierge services. Meals are served on request at extra charge. The bathroom includes luxury toiletries. A gift basket with delicacies and wine is offered upon arrival. Splendid!!
Great view with a fab pool. Amazing guidance from the host Nick with great recommendations . Best holiday. Remote location but very easy to get anywhere with great taxis or rented car/bike couldn’t have asked for more.

Amazing stay in Zante
Amazing stay in Zante!
Stayed in the villa with my fiance for a week. Great location with very nice views, private place, host was kind and very helpful. Comfortable beds also! The villa is renovated, way better than the photos, totally recommended!

Very cozy and nice view
Great place, nice and kind hosts. The view is fantastic indeed, especially from the pool area. Definetely recommended, we wish to come back!

Lovely spot (a few issues)
Hey, this place is nice, but luxury?
It's advertised as a private villa, yet there are two residences below, attached to the villa. both have dogs that bark most of the time. One plays loud boom boom music at night. Good job the air con is loud. The shower pipes leak more water than comes out the head, the main bathroom leaks water, we think from the loo.
There were 4 sunbeds, only one wasn't broken.
The villa itself is nice and roomy, be careful of the stairs , believe it or not they are difficult to see and one of our guests fell.
The floor is highly polished and the steps arn't clearly defined.
Nic, is nice, very helpful, cleaners great, they kept the place spotless with fresh towels etc every day. The location is good, fantastic views magnificent sun rise.
Due to the location, taxis or car hire are needed. Taxi to kalamaki return 65euros.
So you can soon spend a lot of money.
Car hire also expensive, shop around when you get there but stay clear of Abbey car rentals. They couldn't garantee the return of our deposit, they would only take credit cards. Instead we used Avis budget £480 for 10 days including full insurance.
All in all we had a nice holiday, but maybe Ark villa should be a little more informative.
