House Rental
New stone house, in traditional Greek style on the island of Thassos, approximately 75 square meters to 2 floors with in an olive groove with sea view from balcony . Kitchen, Bad with shower / toilet with solar water heater, living room with sitting area, fireplace. Upper floor - with 2 bedrooms wardrobe. Wooden optic windows and doors have mosquito nets. Outside: Natural stone terrace shaded with wine covered pergola in a peaceful organic certified olive groove.
Distance to the ferry port to Skala Prinos ca.0,5km to Kavala. Cars, motorbikes and bicycles can be hired locally. Taxis are available at reasonable rates. Also from Kavala airport transfer is simple.

Interesting and excellent location, extra clean and beautiful
This was the second time that we spent our vacation in this place. We are a family with 2 children and Elea Stone House was the perfect place for relaxation. This time we spent 12 nights and it was just perfect for us and for our children.
Something about Elea Stone House:
- there are 3 houses with a beautiful architecture. The houses are very well located, so we had privacy.
- the houses are in a bio olive garden. Also, there were a horse, some ships, figs tree and pomegranate tree. We spent our vacation in august and the figs were good to eat.
- the kitchen is very well equipped with an expresso machine, dishes, pots, pans etc. All you need is already in the kitchen.
- the house is extra clean and beautiful;
- in the morning and in the evening, we relaxed on the terrace and the children played with the cats, admired the horse and the ships.
- we also had a walk through the olive garden …. It was so quiet and beautiful.
- in Prinos there are beautiful beaches with crystal water;
- Apostolos - the host, was very hospitable and attentive to our needs. He surprised us with small gifts like olive oil, olives, honey, wine…
For sure, we will return to this wonderful location!!!

Summer vacation
The stone house we stayed was very original, spacious and with all the amenities you need. We had very relaxed holidays there and the owner was very helpful.

A true Greek experience!
In the midle of the olive grove, the house is the perfect place for those who want a peaceful vacation and to disconnect. We book the House 1, it was wery clean, exactly as in the description and pictures, with everything you need, from full kitchen, fresh spices 😉 to towels and washing machine. We highly recommend! We will definitly be back!!!

Perfect Family Vacation House
We stayed at Elea Stone - House 1 for a week. We are a family of four and we found the place to perfectly suit our needs. Spacious, well provided, with all necessary amenities and indoor and outdoor furniture. We really enjoyed the location. Situated in an olive grove, it provides a lot of privacy and it is well removed from the touristic apts next to the beach. We had a car and we were able to easily travel anywhere on the island. Apostolos and his wife were very accommodating and provided lot of inside information on the island and its beaches.

Das schöne Steinhaus mitten im Olivenhain entsprach genau der Beschreibung und unseren Vorstellungen! Es ist neu, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Haus ist super isoliert und hat somit eine konstante angenehme Temperatur. Sowohl das Haus als auch die Terasse und die Anlage sind weitlaeufig und nicht einsehbar. Apostolos und Karin waren sehr hilfsbereit und gaben uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Straende und Restaurants. Mit der sehr ruhigen Lage haben wie einen wunderbar erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Vielen Dank.

Most authentic and relaxing place from Thassos
We come to Thassos for more then 10 years , and this year we discover Elea. In a few words it was simply amazing this place - my girls keep talking about even 7 month later.

The best stay in Thassos!
The house in the olive grove was the best experience we ever had in Thassos! The grove is absolutely lovely! Very quiet and relaxing, away from all the noise and trepidation, a place to have for yourself, to really rest and recharge. It's off the main road, but very easily accessible once you get to know the way. We got to LOVE to drive for a little while through the olive trees when coming and going from and to the beach. It's like leaving and coming back to your own little bubble, a piece of a fairytale, a place so far removed from all the worries of everyday life - a true holiday for the soul.
The house is beautiful! They all are. And they're positioned in such a way, that they all have the privacy you need. The design of the house is a well balanced combination between modern, traditional and a little bit of rustic. It has absolutely everything you could possibly need, it's very clean and cosy. In our opinion it has the perfect propositions for a holiday house - very spatious without being to big. We said that if we ever had our own holiday house it would be exactly like the house in the olive grove. We simply loved everything about it! It's very bright and with a warm atmosphere that feels like home. It kept cool during the day and warm during the night.
The living room / dining area are really nice and comfortable.
The bathroom is simple yet spacious and comfy.
The matrimonial bedroom is cosy and bright and it has the most beautiful view over the olive grove and all the way to the sea! We have to say that we slept like babies...We were trying to go visit Kavala, but we could never wake up in time to catch the morning farry boat... We never got to see Kavala, but we got a great rest :)
Last, but not least: Apostolos is the most wonderful person! Very attentive and kind! He really loves the island and knows so much about it - it's fascinating to hear about all the things he knows. He also knows a lot of great places and he's always available and willing to help. We got to drink some "tsipouro" together and that was sooo much fun! We shared stories about our own countries and cultures. We also met his family, which was an honor, and they all are really fun loving, friendly and wonderful people! We can't wait to see them again.
So, if you truly need a break from everything, the olive grove is the place to go. Get ready to drive through some trees, get your car a little dusty, but you will have the most relaxing and revitalizing stay ever.
Bonus: there are some very funny "pets" around the house, but we'll let that be a surprise. A good one.0

Western side of Thassos, close to the hourbor of Skala Prinos in a old olive grove with no hotels, stores etc around. Perfect for relaxing.
Distance to the beach about 0,5 km. The Skala Prinos and Prinos village offers shopping, has a health center, bus station and every Monday bazaar. During the summer period the shops are all day and Sunday open.
Bars You can also walk into Skala Prinou and enjoy a drink at one of the bars and cafes. Also in Prinos are cafes and kafeneio.
Local Transport The bus stop is close to the Port and links Skala Prinou with Thassos Town, Prinos and the south of the island. Cars rentals and bicycles are in Skala Prinos. (Potos, Hertz, Avis, Europcar)
