Waders Barn was the right accommodation for my party. We found the location good as it was central and in easy reach to the locations we had planned to visit. The owner was very friendly and helpful and we very much enjoyed the welcome package.

How to get there
From London: M25 exit junction 5 onto the A21 south signposted Hastings. Stay on the A21 for just over 28 miles and at Flimwell turn LEFT onto the A268 and go through Hawkhurst, Sandhurst and Newenden. Enter East Sussex at the narrow bridge with traffic lights and then fork LEFT on the A268 after quarter of a mile - You will eventually reach a mini roundabout at Four Oaks - take the 2nd exit onto B2088 for Beckley. Then take the 2nd LEFT into King's Bank Lane. Continue straight on for approximately 1 mile onto Furnace Lane and through the woods. Escheatlands Farm will be on the LEFT past the woods. Turn into the unmade driveway and fork RIGHT to the barns
