Located within a 25 acre farm nestled in the High Weald, an Area of Natural Outstanding Beauty in East Sussex.
Waders Barn is a luxury rural retreat, formerly a dairy. The converted barn offers fantastic views across green fields and enchanting countryside.

Waders is the perfect rural escape, with its lovely light and airy open plan living space with wonderful views of the rolling countryside.It comes complete with comfy sofas to curl up on, a brilliant wood-burning stove for cosy evenings, a TV and lots of books and games.

The kitchen area is spacious with seating for four and includes plenty of cupboard space and includes a dishwasher and washing machine.

Both bedrooms are en suite; the master bedroom with vaulted ceiling and double bed. The second bedroom is a twin room with a hint of a nautical theme.

Waders Barn was the right accommodation for my party. We found the location good as it was central and in easy reach to the locations we had planned to visit. The owner was very friendly and helpful and we very much enjoyed the welcome package.

From London: M25 exit junction 5 onto the A21 south signposted Hastings. Stay on the A21 for just over 28 miles and at Flimwell turn LEFT onto the A268 and go through Hawkhurst, Sandhurst and Newenden. Enter East Sussex at the narrow bridge with traffic lights and then fork LEFT on the A268 after quarter of a mile - You will eventually reach a mini roundabout at Four Oaks - take the 2nd exit onto B2088 for Beckley. Then take the 2nd LEFT into King's Bank Lane. Continue straight on for approximately 1 mile onto Furnace Lane and through the woods. Escheatlands Farm will be on the LEFT past the woods. Turn into the unmade driveway and fork RIGHT to the barns
