The ambience of the house is matched by its stunning location in an elevated position amidst the fertile farmland of the Black Isle peninsula bounded by the picturesque Moray and Cromarty Firths where the resident dolphins can often be seen at play. There are magnificent views over the water to Ben Wyvis and the distant mountains of Easter Ross.The house is extremely spacious, each room is tastefully and stylishly decorated and very comfortably furnished with many exquisite personal touches.<BR><BR>All rooms are on ground level except for one twin bedroom and a bathroom.<BR><BR>Strictly no more than 2 children including babies.

What a amazing house its massive and in a great location. The views from the house are stunning. We found the house to be a great base to explore the highlands. But on a closer look it's not that clean. We arrived at 4pm to cup stains on the work tops and glass table. We cleaned poo off the toilet...

we had a lovely family holiday , the pool was great for the kids , the only thing we felt was there are a good few cosmetic goods needing done just to smarten the place up?
