Stayed for a week purposely for a medical operation in St. Luke Medical Center. The place is walking distance to the hospital and it really serves for my purpose. The owner is very accommodating and helpful with directions and food centers everywhere..while I was in the hospital, my family stayed and enjoyed the swimming pool. Internet is very good. The property manager and building staffs are very friendly. A bit with swimming pool, its slippery for children. Overall, we want to stay again and next time, enjoy the place - no hospital visit.

Spacious, safe, comfy place in a nice location
We stayed for a month and we really enjoyed the place. It was spacious enough for 4 adults with really nice furnishings. There is a huge laundry room inside the unit with a washer/dryer, which we really appreciated. Everything else inside the unit was of great quality, like the kitchen wares, bedding, etc., and not the typical hotel/rental variety. We loved that the unit was spotless and there was a weekly cleaning and beddings/towels laundry service included in the weekly cleaning fee that we paid.
The location is perfect for us 4 distinct individuals: there are shops and 2 big malls nearby for the shopaholic in me, there is a golf course around for my golfer buddy, there is a museum for a nerdy friend, and lots of restaurants, cafes and pubs around the building for the foodies in us. There are taxi stands and shuttle bus stops across the road so transportation is easy.
There is a really nice park about 2 blocks away, which is a rarity in Manila. We jogged around the area some mornings and it was really nice. The gym in the building is nice as it overlooks the pool area, but it can be busy at times so you have to wait to use the equipment.
The owner Jennifer was very easy to deal with and answered all the questions and concerns we had prior to renting the unit. I really have no qualms recommending this place and people can email me if they have questions. I will most definitely go back to this place.

Highly recommended
We are a repeat guest! Great host! Very honest. Our flight got horribly delayed and we arrived very late but they waited for us and accommodated us. There are no hidden charges. I broke a plate but they didn't charge me. Easy to deal with and very pleasant. I would like to stay here again when I am in town! Jennifer and Richard provided directions, info, tips about the area. Wonderful hosts!

Very nice place and accommodating host
The location and the unit itself were amazing and very clean. The owner and her representatives were all very accommodating, trustworthy and friendly. I plan to stay here again in the near future.

I would not rent this place again.
We have to clean the unit. Master bedroom has ants and roaches. Cleaned the dryer and washer lint. Throw the empty bottles of wine. The dining chair is coming apart. Air conditioner dusty. The master bedroom water heater is not working.

I am really saddened to read this review because it is inaccurate. The unit was turned over after professional cleaning, and it is cleaned again after checkout. Any maid service in between is the responsibility of the tenant, as clearly stated in the description that maid service is not included in the rent. Tenants receive the unit upon check-in in great condition, or the tenants would just refuse to receive it or demand that it be cleaned again.
When the property was informed of bugs in the unit, it was inspected immediately and even though there were no bugs discovered, a fumigation was scheduled anyway.
The faulty water heater and dining chair were communicated to the property manager and both have been replaced now (after your checkout) and I thank you for bringing the problem to us, because then we were able to rectify it. It is part of the wear and tear of the furniture/appliance and we constantly replace the faulty ones as soon as we know about them, which we wouldn't have known if not for you! So again, thank you.

Comfy and Secure Apt in a Great Location
Excellent location for our purpose, two blocks from St. Luke's Global City. A plus is that it is only 3 blocks from Burgos Circle with all of its dining options, High Street is 5 blocks away. The apt has a fully equipped kitchen, but with all of the nearby dining options we only used it for our first cup in the morning, The Owner, Property Manager and reception staff are all really great, accommodating and very courteous and helpful. Will definitely plan to stay here again.
