It has shared use of lovely grounds, gardens, childrens play area, summerhouse and games room.

The Old Byre is a very comfortable, spacious and clean cottage in beautiful surroundings. Our sons enjoyed the pool table in the games room.

We had 3 adults and two children and stayed for a week. The cottage was spacious enough for all of us, very well equipped and had all of the basics so we did not have to rush to the shop. The whole place was well...More

Overlooking the River Wear, this superb conversion provides a wonderful holiday retreat. Surrounded by unspoilt countryside and is set in a haven of peace and tranquility.

The pretty village of Frosterley has a local Coop, fish and chip/pizza shop, recreation ground and two local pubs, The Black Bull and The Frosterley Inn, both serving food and are sure to give you a friendly welcome.

Frosterley is located in Weardale, a dale which is very popular to both walkers and cyclists as there are loads of routes which lead you arround this fabulous area and its amazing scenery. It also has a part of the ever popular coast to coast cycle route running through it. The dale is also well located for the ample local golf courses.
