The house was perfect for our family get-together. Stunning views, safe for the kids to run around freely, fun-packed games room, and cocktail bar for the rainy days! Eating breakfast on the sundeck every morning was a hi-light! We'll definitely be going back. 100% recommend.

Just returned from a long weekend staying at the fabulous Suttons Beach House. The house is perfectly located right on Camber beach with an amazing deck that not only provides stunning views and direct access to the beach but also a little shelter from the wind. The house itself is well equipped with lovely soft and comfortable bedding and towels which was a lovely touch. The children and adults enjoyed playing in the games room. We hope to return.

At first when you look at the price it’s not cheap, however it was worth the money as the only thing you really need to bring with you is food. The view from the rear of the beach house is absolutely amazing, more so when you’re on the first floor, you can simply wake up in the morning open your eyes and all you see is the sea absolutely amazing. Pros. 3 good size double bedrooms on the first floor, one small single bedroom with bunk beds on the ground floor adjacent to the kitchen. All bedrooms have wardrobes and TV with free view soft large bathroom towels included large beach towels included complimentary bottle of bubbly teabags biscuits upon arrival cleaning products included washing powder and dishwasher tablets also included the bathroom/Jacuzzi is located on the first floor, only downside is the bath is very small. I’m 5 foot six and just managed to get in the bath and stretch my legs, any larger in size or height you will struggle to get in the Jacuzzi comfortably. One thing to bear in mind that when I had my amazing Jacuzzi bath used up most of the hot water so very mind to maybe put the hot water on for longer. Amazing wood fire in lounge, all logs are outside easily accessible. Front room/diner/kitchen is open planned comfortable sofas, TV with free view, U-tube and Netflix. Extended conservatory with bar(minus alcohol of course) large in size nice place to sit in the evening looking out into the ocean, only downside is there are no curtains, however there are curtains in the lounge. Three sets of patio doors to exit onto rear patio which exits onto the beach itself. Outside there is a shared which has parasols, barbecue including BBQ coal, an array of items for children i.e. bucket and spade extra sun loungers and even a full-size surf. Top deck full-size sun lounger. Kitchen is rather small, only downsize was not much fridge and freezer space as both are under the counter items. They even have sweeter. Downstairs shower which included washing machine and tumble dryer. All cleaning appliances easy reach in cupboard i.e. Hoover dustpan and brush mop and bucket and an iron and iron board. At the front of the accommodation there is a small size sandpit for families with young children to play safe. The main garage has been converted into an indoor arcade i.e. snooker table/pool, full-size football table, fridge freezer, icebox, CD player and TV. Only downside is done stay in the advert that you need a pound to operate the electricity in this room so make sure you’ve got some change. Parking for at least two average size vehicles. This is a great place to come and relax or either to come and have some fun although there are many rules in place for example at 11 PM you have to leave the arcade I presume this is mainly due to noise as most teenagers tend to make noise and there is a residential area. Lovely place to come with your children as their right on the beach literally 30 seconds. I would definitely recommend this beach house to anyone although very expensive it was worth the money, the beds were amazing, duvet and pillows were very comfortable and once I saved up enough money I’d come back again. Like I said the only thing you have to bring is food they even supply the call for the barbecue, washing detergents for laundry and washing up, sugar tea sweetener coffee, towels for your own self and beach towels, and beach items for the children. Con The only issue we had as we are from London is that the Wi-Fi wasn’t very good, kept cutting out but hey ho we were there to enjoy ourselves and not be hooked on the Internet 24 seven Jacuzzi bath very small. And that’s it

The accomodation was amazing , easy to find and right on the beach. We went for a 4 day weekend and the kids were so excited to arrive and think they had gone abroad. We visited Rye and spent a day exploring antique shops and had a lovely cafe lunch. We had planned to go to Hastings but the pull of the beach was too much for the children and they spent most of their time walking the beach, looking for shipwrecks and gathering shells. The house made it easy for us to just relaxed with so much space! All the facilities were there and even a welcome basket which we used to its fullest. We will definitely be coming back and already looking at dates Thank you!

This is the second time we have been to the Beach House at Camber and it remains one of our favorite spots to spend a few days. The house could not be in a better position, right on the beach with a lovley pation inbetween. Everything you need was provided (Kitchen well stocked with everything you would neeed, very nice bedding etc). Other than the wonderful position highlights include that wood burner which was a great place to congregate around after a day on the water, the games room and the extremely poweful shower! Booked for Christmas period, for most of our stay we had calm sunny weather with spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Our grandchildren could be let loose to enjoy the freedom of Camber beach. Our hosts were very kind with a lovely welcome hamper.

The location is amazing, from the deck area you step out on to the beach. The ground floor is open plan and very spacious, plenty of soft sofas and tables, a very well equipped kitchen and sun loungers and tables outside. The bedrooms are comfortable and we loved the White Company products in the bathrooms. The separate games room is an added bonus and was enjoyed by all members of the family. We would love to come back.

A fantastic holiday in a beautiful spacious home on my favourite beach. We can’t recommend this house enough - all the home comforts, well equipped, great games room along with comfy beds and sofas and views to die for from the balconies. A place to go to make memories - Jenny and Ian

We have stayed at this beach house many times and once again had a fabulous time! The house really does have everything you need for a happy and comfortable stay - from comfy bedrooms with great views of the sea and beach to lots of crockery, cutlery, seating for group dining and relaxing. The games room is fab for competitive evenings and being able to just walk onto the beach for an early morning swim feels like luxury! Thank you for a great family holiday!

What a place! Superb location - right on the beach. Beautiful property - everything to cater for your every need and more - buckets and spades, beach towels, 4 sun decks to enjoy and every amenity you need in the house. The games room was amazing - a real bonus, although we didn't use it as much as we might have if the weather hadn't have been so good. Our party ranged from a 2 year old to a 78 year old and we all felt it was the best family holiday we've had - just something for everyone. Danny and Denise were really helpful throughout the booking process and sent lots of useful information beforehand to make sure we got the most out of our holiday. We would love to visit again - can't think of a better place to spend a week relaxing by the sea.
