Lovely flat, everything you need. Close to the station, bus stops and of course the river. Boat trips to Hampton Court or Richmond are a great way to travel.

The apartment is accessed from a modern lift or stairs. There is also direct access by lift from the underground car park.. This means the property is ideal for those who find steps difficult. There is allocated parking for 2 cars and further use of unallocated parking. There is also shared use of a landscaped garden. The flat was recently refurbished and so benefits from brand new carpets ,beds and mattresses and a modern floor to ceiling tiled bathroom with bath and shower.The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds, both rooms have wardrobes. There are 2 John Lewis bed chairs in the reception room. The kitchen is fully fitted with all crockery, cutlery cooking utensils that might be needed.. Linen and towels are provided.

The base rate is for 4 people with an additional charge of £10 per person per night for each person in excess of 4. There is a deposit of 30% to confirm booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before rental period starts. There is also a £250 damage deposit to be paid with balance payment for group up to 4. A larger deposit may be required for larger groups,Short breaks are available from 3-6 days and the daily prices quoted are for 3 days. If you would like to stay for 4-6 days then there will be a discount from the quoted daily rate.We are able to offer this discount as our cleaning and linen costs are spread over a longer stay.
