Great stay
Booked the flat which is ground floor in a gated area with a garden The front of the appartment overlooks the garden whilst the back overlooks a canal. The appartment was clean and met our requirements very well. It is in the picturesque area of canneregio which had numerous bars, restaurants, churches and the jewish ghetto area. You are not far from a vaporetto which is handy to take you to other parts of the city. There is a supermarket only 100 metres from the flat which is really handy for everyday groceries since you do not need to carry anything too far. Andrea is very attentive and friendly and only too willing to help if any is required. Would certainly recommend this appartement.

Calm, comfortable and convenient.
We had a fantastic time staying in this apartment in a quiet part of Venice but still within walking distance of the key attractions. The apartment is well sized and very well equipped, especially the kitchen of you plan to make the most of the fantastic local produce and I recommend you do. The "bus" stop for the airport is minutes away and very convenient. Finally, Andrea is a star, very helpful and full of useful tips for your stay in Venice. In summary, we loved it.

Live like a local in Venice!
This apartment was located in a quiet part of Venice with a family friendly feel. It was surprisingly spacious and had everything we needed. There is a very large supermarket a short walk away (3 minutes). There are several restaurants within easy walking distance. The landlord was very accommodating. The apartment itself is secure, warm and full of character with pleasant surrounds and easy ground floor access. Excellent wifi. We would definitely stay again!

The apartment is located in the District of Cannaregio, one of the last area still lived by locals, very well connected to the airport and the mainland. This area is very characteristic and picturesque, full of canals and churches with great landscapes and sunsets to photograph and paint. You will enjoy the quiet surroundings, local food, typical shops and all the services a residential area can offer (e.g. gym and public pool are very close). Definitely convenient the supermarket CONAD behind the corner, here you can find everything you need and it is open seven days out of seven. The Department of Economics of Ca Foscari University and its large library are 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

The apartment is easily reachable thanks to its closeness to the waterbus stop Sant’Alvise. From this stop you can go straight to the islands reaching Murano in less than 20 minutes and also Lido and its sandy beaches. 10 minutes of waterbus to the train station and 15 minutes to Piazzale Roma (bus station and parking lots).
